    I would like to start out by saying that I had a terrific experience at Team Nissan in Manchester NH. After doing research for weeks on new vehicles I decided that I wanted a Nissan, but was not sure which model I wanted. I was a little hesitant to begin with when walking into the dealership, as this would be the first new vehicle ever purchased. Let face it; cars salesmen don always have the best reputation. However, to my surprise I was treated like a respectable person, and not just a dollar sign. Mike made me feel at ease, extremely comfortable and confident. After talking with Mike for a little while we decided on a perfect car for me that met all my needs. The whole Team at Nissan made it a wonderful buying experience. Managers Ralph and Jacob also made it a welcoming environment. I will definitely refer all my friends and family who are interesting in purchasing a vehicle to talk to any of the three employees that I worked with.

    Don't go here for a used car. The sales people are nice (it is their job) but service is not good at all. I have owned my used car 6 months and have had a leak that is causing mold to grow on my carpets. I have two young kids and Team Nissan is forcing me to drive them around in a car that has mold. Service wants to charge me for cleaning my sunroof because they believe The rain is coming in through my sunroof. It is not my sunroof now so now they want to charge me $129 to look at my air conditioning to see if there's a leak . I had to take the day off to have my car serviced now I have to take another day off if I want the ac serviced and I have to pay . There have been so many things that have gone wrong with this car and Team Nissan wants to charge me to fix everything. To me that is not standing behind your product . Don't buy a used car here.

    I was in the market for a new vehicle and knew what I was looking for. I contacted Steve Gerbino the sales person that I purchased my 2014 Rogue SL from and found out he was the Sales Manager, so he referred me to Joe Leonard. I was looking for a 2017 Titan XD to replace my 08 Frontier. Steve an Joe worked on the numbers, the vehicle was in stock. I sat down with Joe and Ralph Fast who offered me a fair trade allowance and worked out all the details. Awesome experience and very happy with my Titan, thank you.

    I just bought a car from this dealership and this will be the last. I got ripped off prize wise, and the way I was treated by the manager Jim it was a total disaster. I was called idiot by this manager which shows very little professionalism and honesty. After I bought the car and I was ready to leave the sales person stop me and told me that we had to re-do the paper work because they made a mistake, and when I asked them what the mistake was he said I could not get the rebate and the 0% interest we agreed on, to make it a short story after arguing with them and having my kids crying some how they got me to do the paper work again and end up with a payment of 406 when it was supposed to be 400 dollars a month.

    I was there to purchase a used truck but it wasn't ready when I got there and the picture they had on their site didn't represent the true condition. Decided to go new but they didn't have the color I wanted. In the meantime I found one the exact color and everything at a lower price. I then told the dealership what I had found and the salesman said " Oh they won't sell it to you for that price! It's a trick to get you there and then tell you you don't qualify for those discounts". Well guess what the other dealership sold it to me for the low price in the add. I will not be back to Team Nissan. They are still holding my deposit as some sort of ransome....even though I was told it was a fully refundable deposit. I have emailed them 3 different occasions no answer.

    We brought our car in for what we were told was a minor vapor leak. While they were installing a gasget they broke the fuel pump. So we had to pay $ 734.00 for something they broke. Idiots. I would not recommend these guys to anyone. When they tell you it will be a 2.5 hour job and it turns into 2 days and the quote of 229.00!and you end up paying $734.00 to get your car back. The car had no issues when we brought it, just an idiot light that wouldn't go out. So I guess we are the idiots who went to teAm Nissan. Never never again. Allen was great at excuses.

    Good Morning Mr. Bradley, I am very sorry you are unhappy with your service at Team Nissan. Yes you and I spoke on the phone regarding this repair and it seems I didn't do as good a job as you would like to explain the repair as it happened. You brought your vehicle in for a check engine light being on, evaporative emission leak in the system. Our technician performed all the correct tests to diagnose the vapor leak coming from your fuel pump. The standard procedure as would any other licensed repair technician would do was to replace the less expensive oring seal first and test the system so that the expense to the customer is as small as possible. after installing the new oring and at no time did our technician break anything on your vehicle and we have the old part if you would like to retrive it. the technician then retested the system and found the leak had not been solved with just the seal and the fuel sending unit itself was the cause of the leak. It clearly was a minor crack or warp in unit housing. We then called you to explain the situation and discussed the repair which you then authorized. At which time we never asked for any additional cost for the labor to then remove the o-ring and fuel sending unit to replace with the new o-ring. The only additional cost you incurred was for the part. Team Nissan did the labor for the second removal at our own expense and none to you. The additional time in the shop was the additional day needed to special order overnight the new fuel pump. If our technician had caused the problem we would have happily stepped up and paid for the entire repair. We are regular people like you and we do make mistakes. When we make a mistake we are more than willing to make the customer aware of a mistake and rectify the situation. We treat all people with the respect they deserve and the same respect we would ask of customers to treat us. Please accept my apologies for the miscommunication on my part. We do value your business and your time.Thank you
