I worked with Chris and Erik at Irwin and I was impressed with the service I received from the moment I pulled into the lot. I love my 2015 Nissan GT...R very much and those guys made it a very easy buying process for me. I wanted the car checked out by a Nissan dealership and they made an appointment without any hesitation. They delivered the car to me 3 hours away. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to purchase.
Horrible dealership, takes over a week for them to get back to you about a car, in the mean tim the car gets “sold” when they in fact they didn’t sell... the car, they give you the run around. Very poor customer service at this dealership. I would not recommend this dealer to a friend or to anyone.
Called about a car online, they emailed me a quote for a higher price. Said it was because my Ford employee pricing was more than their low price (ok,... so wouldn't I qualify for that price anyway?) Then they said they sold the car. I called a different salesperson and they said the car was still available. Shady people there.

Scott Hayward did a great job. Over the years my family have purchased 6 different vehicles from The Irwin Organization. While Scott did a good job, ...the ineffiencies were evident. Not sufficient sales staff to allow for walk-in prospects. Seems like there was only one finance person on during the afternoon. Scott also received several phone calls during my sale. While the pricing seems to be very competitive, I certainly didn’t feel I was buying a vehicle from a customer centric organization. There was no pricing negotiations other than an immediate reduction of $200 when I requested it. I asked to have the locking lugnuts replaced with normal lugnuts. I also asked to have the tires rotated and finally since there were no front floor Mats I asked to have new weather tech floor mats installed. All three requests were denied since the pricing on a 2017 used Tacoma was so low there was no profit margin. While I understand being competitive I suspect there was a sufficient margin on this truck to allow for some small concession. For example the truck had nearly 6k miles on it so rotating was timely and would have cost only labor. Instead I brought the truck home and did it myself. A bit more customer service might go a long way to return sales. Bob Birdsey

I bought a used car in Irwin on a Saturday. I wanted to pay full in cash, but they only could accept 2k from card, but bank is already closed then for... a check. But my husband drove me for almost 2 hours to get there to buy the car we saw online. So then they offered us a free delivery of the car. On Monday, they drove the car all the way to our apartment as we gave them the balance in check. Later, unfortunately, the car's battery is dead, when it's still within the warranty. Then they send an expert to our place all the way, to help us change a new battery. I will recommend it to everyone who considers to buy a car! By the way, their price is also comparatively reasonable.
