Just bought my 4th new vehicle in six years from Ben Flagg and as usual everything went without a hitch.I have been very happy with Sales,Finance department and the Service Department and will definitely keep doing business there forever.

Recently picked up a new Bronco Sport from Irwin Ford.

Recently picked up a new Bronco Sport from Irwin Ford. Howard Cullen went above and beyond in helping me get the car I wanted. I had an idea of which Bronco Sport I wanted when I arrived at Irwin. Howard let me take it for a test drive with no pressure to buy that day, showed me how to set up the Apple CarPlay to make sure it had all the features I wanted, and then held the vehicle for me until I was able to make it back to the dealership. The Bronco Sport was cleaned, filled with gas, and ready for me when I arrived. Signing paperwork took under an hour and I couldn't have had an easier buying process.

Great deal

The car sales person Ben was very helpful and friendly. The whole sale’s process was fast and I got a great deal. Would recommend this place. Plus they have a huge selection

I had an appointment with Alexis to test drive a vehicle

I had an appointment with Alexis to test drive a vehicle to which I drove 2 hours for. When I arrived, Alexis was not there, and I was assigned another sales consultant (Craig?) whose only concern was that they were closing in 20 minutes. Then, they couldn't even locate the vehicle I came to test drive. It wasn't on this lot or a neighboring lot. They were non-communicative with me and non-apologetic. How do you not know where your inventory is?? I drove 4 hours round-trip FOR AN APPOINTMENT with someone WHO WASN'T EVEN THERE for a CAR THAT WASN'T EVEN THERE! Complete waste of time. Award winning dealership my xxx.

A Job Well Done

Ed Withrow, The service manager who has gone all reasonable efforts to help us is really superior at knowing people and how to make things right. Mr.Facteau .working with Ed can only get even better at being a service manager.

Great Salesman!

Had a great salesman, Craig Lachapelle. He was very efficient and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure doing business with Craig - no pressure and he is a nice guy too!

Excellent experience

Worked with Chris Kelley to find an affordable car for our daughter. Chris found us an awesome new Corolla. He is great to work with and no pressure sale. Acadia Foley was great too and helped with some accessories and setting up the CarePlay.

Trading one lease for another. Amazing customer se

I went in with a lease that ended and traded it for a brand new 2023 Toyota Carolla hatchback. Seamas helped me and he was a great help. He did everything he could to help and I left very happy with how I was treated. Thank you Seamus
