Using my rav was easy.
Using my rav was easy. The salesman was polite and helpful. They remind you when you need an oil change and tire rotation. The service department people are polite and knowledgeable. I like how they show you a video of what they’ve done and explain it all.

Irwins Quicklane is Great!
I had my 2010 Ford Mustang and 2019 Toyota Rav 4 serviced at Irwin Motors Quicklane. Bill and James Salta are great! It's easy to set up an appointment and service is great. I highly recommend them!

The service department did a great job on getting my Rav4 in for service , Myles Sennett did great on the video and showing how everything looked under the hood and tires, Richard Facteau was great when I asked for appointment he got me in right away for a state inspection, thanks again .

We bought a used 2013 dodge grand caravan on February 7th
We bought a used 2013 dodge grand caravan on February 7th 2023 and have had nothing but problems since day one. We have already put $1300 into it and it still has major problems. We haven't even had it 3 months yet. We are not even sure the vehicle is safe to drive. It needs more work we can't afford and we have 5 years to pay on a vehicle we can not drive. This dealer ship only cares about the money not the customers. We went with them because of the reviews. They appear to have good reviews and now I know why. They delete the bad reviews. They delete mine so no one will see them. Please do not do what we did they don't care about their customers. Maybe if they were willing to repair the vehicle no charge then maybe they would get a good review but people deserve to know the truth. They will delete my post because they have already done it but I will keep posting until they fix our van no charge. It seems if you sell someone a lemon and neither party realizes it they would do the right thing. Not Irwin.

The van you sold us was a lemon and because we can not afford anymore repairs after paying $1300 for the last repair we now have no choice but to surrender our van and ruin our credit and we haven't even had the van for 3 months yet. Thank you so much for not helping with a bad vehicle.I've read that we are not the only ones Who bought a bad vehicle from you. I wish i would have seen the bad reviews before we bought from you. We will never forget having to surrender our vehicle and ruin our credit. Im going to post everywhere I can including social media.

Howard Cullen was great to work with.We had a trade vehicle which usually makes deals difficult. Bought a Tacoma and added a lot of custom accessories to personalize it. HOWARD CULLEN made the whole process seamless, fair and easy to understand. Would definitely recommend Howard Cullen and Irwin Toyota.
