    Went in today to look a an car that I saw online. First of all I walked had two people look me in my face no " hello" " good morning " or anything that should have been my sign to leave. I had to ask for help finally got it wanted to test drive the car and was told it had no gas. Waited over an hour for them to put gas in the car that never happened after such a long wait and not one person having concern for my time I left. Drive 40 minutes to a dealership that doesn't seem to wai to sale cars

    Kassie from autobarn called almost instantly about the car I inquired about online. Because of my schedule I was never able to get out there for a test drive & the vehicle was sold. However she followed up to inform me of that, to see what other vehicles might interest me & to invite me out to view the inventory. I have continued to search their inventory in hopes to find something just so I can get out there & work with her.

    Was not completely happy with the buying experience. I felt that the sales staff should have made me aware and or offered any ongoing sales promotions(for lower APR) at the time of my purchase. I found out the day after I bought the car that there was one I might have been able to explore and perhaps take advantage of. I should have done my research better before I went into the dealership. But I think if the sales staff were looking after my best interest that they should have at least mentioned or offered it. In addition, the Closer or Finance guy was just way too aggressive and pushy selling the extended warranty. So overall, I am very unsatisfied.

    I have sold a car to this dealership and had also had the car that was sold serviced here. The service department is very professional and thorough. They definitely know what they are doing and can get you in and out quickly. In selling my car the sales manager was very professional and fair. The dealership is very clean and modern.

    Miscommunication┬┐ between service staff and myself regarding when things would be ready. Had to make multiple trips to Evanston from the city. Vehicle was actually scratched and dirty upon return to me. Not a terrible dealership, just recommend they get the service department buttoned up a little bit.

    I just purchased my second car from Narcis (the general manager) and his team here. Now that there is so much pricing transparency online, the thing that separates a good from great dealership is service and integrity. More than any car dealership that I've ever come across, Narcis and the team that I worked with (Vic, Pierre, Danny, and Ben) are the most diligent and responsive team I could imagine. I am a difficult customer because I was looking for a stick shift model, which narrows the available selection down significantly, plus I wasn't 100% sure which model or options I wanted. What sets this dealership apart is that Narcis sees finding the right car for a person like me as a fulfilling challenge rather than a pain, and this attitude toward sales trickles down to the most junior staff members. Buying a car is a huge commitment that you're stuck with for years, so it is really important to find what you want. Every aspect of the management of this business is geared toward giving people the time and space to find the perfect car for them, and then making sure that the process after the car is chosen is as easy as possible. Its really a remarkably well-run business, that really cares about the long-term satisfaction of its customers.

    after taking my car for a recall, I realize they put a nice scratch on my right rear door. The manager acknowledge the scratch was produced during service but refuses to reimburse me for it or do anything but have their "experts" fix it by painting my entire door for $100 which im not ok with it. Thank you....very professional
