I have been coming to McGrath Honda since 1994 when I bought my first car from them. The service department is excellent, customer service is top-notch, everyone is always so nice, loaner cars or rides are provided, prices are good, and they offer a free car wash, weather permitting. McGrath Honda in Elgin is an exceptional dealership.

Jeff told me first told me done within 3 hrs but found from technician that be done tomorrow.provide transportation both way. I think the other person give me the key of my car forget to give me copy of multipoint vehicle inspection report. Please send to my e mail address. Thanks

Jason Goldman in the service department is what true customer service is all about! I always feel like i’m getting personalized care. Never rushed. Jason is very professional and reliable and I trust him. We have built up a great rapport. I’ve shared with him that I’m on a fixed income. So he lets me know ahead of time what maintenance is coming due and what I should concentrate on first so that I can prepare ahead of time. He goes above and beyond excellent service and I appreciate all that he does and I hope that Honda does too! Kudos to the team that service my vehicle, extremely satisfied! Service department is very well organized!

Service advisor Monika was fabulous. She was thorough while explaining the service my car needed. I asked her about touch up painting (which I had not mentioned to any one else) ; we walked around my car together so she could take & forward photos of the scratches/chips so she could forward those to the paint guy. I didn't feel rushed. Monika spent a lot of time preparing the service order to be sure everything I requested was included. I love that you provide shuttle service. Both of the drivers were friendly & courteous. I'm sorry I didn't catch the first driver's name, but both he & Victor were exceptional.

I've been here a few times now and the service has always been great. Parts are here, any work done was explained, and pricing is good. This is a very good dealership.
