Brought my 2016 Accord in for an inspection in early May. They said it also was due for brake fluid and CVT fluid change. OK. Then they said that the rear... brake pads were "stuck" and had to be freed up and the rotors turned in order to get an inspection sticker. Doubtful, but I was now "in the system" for a failed inspection, so if I went to another dealer, they'd probably say the same. For a total of about 2 hrs. -, the LABOR charge was $398.50!!!!! Bought the car at Grappone's in Concord, because I didn't like the 2 salespersons attitudes in Keene. Now, I don't like their service either! I'll go elsewhere from now on!!!

I had my yearly inspection done and had them rotate my tires and give me an oil change. On my way home, about 2 miles up the road, my 'check tire pressure'... alert came on. I turned around and drove back and was told they were supposed to test drive the car and re-set something and they hadn't. Just a small detail that could have caused me angst later if the alert hadn't come on right away.

I have been working with Megan while trying to buy a used car. I have met with her twice. Have never been greeted by sales manager. He has brushed me... off due to my trade in and credit reasons, also less than impressed with the finance manager which has caused me to look elsewhere and i feel bad for Meghan because I wanted to give her this sale.

Went in to buy a 2016 Honda Civic EX for my son. Larry was great as well as the GM and Finance. However, the service department is less than desirable,... and wonder if they have anyone in there that actually knows what they are doing. Signed paperwork on a Monday, but they told me the AC unit needed to be replaced and would be ready for pickup on Tuesday. Tuesday came and then they say they found out the AC unit needed a new line, come back Wednesday. Picked car up Wednesday, only 1 Key. 1 Week later get the second Key. Look and there are no valve stem covers. They said car was not in accident, carfax reports differently. Driving home Wednesday 2 miles down the road, the TPMS lights come on, called and salesman said he forgot to tell me. After 2 days notice rear muffler bracket hanger popped a weld, so bring it in to have re welded and they stick 3 self tapping screws in it putting 3 new holes in the undercarriage and slop fluid film over it. xxx??? If it came from factory welded, why not re-weld instead of being lazy. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HONDA SERVICE DEPT!!!!! Should have followed my gut and gone elsewhere.

These people really know what "customer service" means. I did not feel pressured at all and in fact was told that they don't believe in pressuring the... customer. They are great to work with. If you are a little "gun shy" about dealerships, you should go to Honda of Keene. They understand that people have had weird experiences at other dealerships (possibly) and don't want that. I had a really tough choice between two amazing vehicles. I chose and bought one. When I got home I realized that I really wanted the other car. I thought I was stuck. I called and talked to Jason and he said he could arrange to get me the other car. I cannot say this would happen for everyone, though, but I am very grateful that I had the chance to change my mind. Highly, highly recommend.
Wow. Led me down the garden path. Lots of misdirection. Very "nice" until I got to the obnoxious finance guy. Sold !e a crappy car for $1500 over list... and made me feel like I better take the deal. Cannot recommend. Lots of warm and fuzzy that amounted to lies and deceit. Cannot recommend. Buyer beware. .
Loved working with Megan. Would recommend her to anyone.
This is the second car we have purchased through Patrick at HOK. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We were thoroughly satisfied. We did not... feel pressured or rushed and Patrick went over all the car features with us. We had recommended Patrick to some friends after buying our 2015 Accord and they bought a car from Patrick also. Seems that Honda of Keene has excellent employees.
