Rich was great. Went in on a Thursday night, had a good idea of what I was looking for, test drove the car and then sat down and got a good deal. Fairly... painless process which was not what I had expected in shopping for a used car.
Thank you so much for taking the time to let us know how happy you are with your experience! Feedback from you is one way we know we are achieving our... goals. Let us know if we can assist you again! Sincerely, Jenni - email@example.com - (847) 628-2845
I'm really disappointed with this location. When I came here to purchase my car, I was always greeted and asked how they could help you as soon as you... walk in right! The last three times I've come into the service center, quite literally with NO othet customers there and like 4 staff, NO ONE greeted me. I literally stood in front of someone and then had to say, um hello.. Would I be speaking with you? After that I was treated like I was there to annoy them??? Honestly after this experience, I'm not going to purchase Toyota anymore. Get a grip guys, learn some basic customer service. I was going to pay these people to do some service on it but there's no way I'm giving my money to these people. Literally told the manager face to face about his staff and his response was "well it wasn't me!" #cool!!
Hello Emily, we have seen this review and are concerned with the experience you described. It is not our team's standard quality of service and I woul...d like to discuss what happened in greater depth if you are available. Please contact myself or a member of the service department to get in touch so we can work towards an understanding. Thank you. Sincerely, Jenni - firstname.lastname@example.org - (847) 628-2845
Jonathan Oomens and Chicago Northside Toyota helped me find the exact Tacoma I wanted. I had been to three dealers before going to Northside. Every other... location told me they would have to order it (4-6 weeks), Jonathan had my truck in two days. I will never go anywhere else.
Thank you for your kind words and congratulations on your new Tacoma. I am glad to hear that Jonathan was able to help you find the car that you wante...d. We always do our best to make sure all of our customers leave with the right vehicle and we're glad that you're enjoying yours. It was a pleasure to assist you and we look forward to the opportunity to service you in the future. Best Regards, Jenni Tuton | email@example.com | 847.628.2845
They charged $79for po4 recall . When I complain they changed to $00 but increase service fee , and I have to wait more than 1.30 h for oil change service... :((
I am concerned about this issue and committed to promptly resolving it. Please contact me directly as soon as you can and we can work on a resolution ...together. Sincerely, Jenni - firstname.lastname@example.org - (847) 628-2845
Even though I had call days in advance, the sales rep and sales manager didn't know how to handle an out of state sale; absurd fees were added, taxes misappropriated.... Sales manager very rude, didn't know what he was doing and arrogant. I bought the car because it was very late, miles from home and I was exhausted with the whole experience.
Jackie, I'm sorry to read about your recent visit. The vehicle-buying experience should be an exciting one, and it's disappointing to learn that we ma...naged to fall short of that with you. I would like to learn more about your visit, so please feel free to reach out at your convenience. We look forward to working with you on this soon. Sincerely, Jenni - email@example.com - (847) 628-2845
I purchased a 2015 Honda Civic in 2017 from this dealership. This is my 2nd negative review about this place. They installed a new car battery (well, they... said it was new) before I purchased it because the existing one was dead when I tested the car. It has been a year now and the battery they installed went dead again. The battery brand is Toyota True Start and had a 84 month manufacturer warranty. So just like any person would, I went to the dealership to get the battery replaced. The lady sitting in the front desk in service dept with the name Lilian had no smile on her face and told us that they dont cover it because it's a Honda car!! So I went to the sales dept and explained the situation. He listened and said that it shouldnt be a problem and walked over to the service dept. But the lady there kept saying because its a Honda car they don't cover the warranty. I did not waste my time arguing with her of course. But this is something that they should have definitely covered because they installed the battery. If you can sell Honda cars to customers with half dead batteries, you should also be able to offer a battery replacement to the customer. It should not matter if it's a Honda car. You installed it and you sold the car!! When I spoke to the salesperson who sold me the car, he said to bring the car in and they would be able to replace the battery since there was a manufacturer warranty. But they didn't. My advice to consumer is please be careful when doing business with this dealership or better yet, go to a different dealership. They are so unethical and will lie to you. I ended up going to a Honda dealership where I was treated with honest customer care and purchased a battery with a great discount. These liars are not worth stressing about.
Recently, I was shopping for a car and interested in a 2017 Camry. The salesman who ended up working with me was named Benson. It started out well but... went all down hill after our test drive. It was clear that customer’s interest are completely neglected and that I was being pressured into purchasing all kinds of options, upgrades, and special warranties for no particular reason. I was told that they are required and when I tried to question and ask for more information, the subject would be changed and we would go down some other rabbit hole. I was clearly being taken advantage of and it was not a mutually benefiting win–win negotiation. It was unpleasant and customers shouldn’t be put through this type of stuff no matter what they’re buying. Needless to say that I won’t be purchasing this or any other family cars from this dealership.
Mike can you please reach out to me regarding this matter. I would like to know more details and get a better understanding of everything that too pl...ace. You can call me directly at 773-433-3405 or email me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
just now Northside toyota is the worst from the worst dealers. My suggestion to the people who wants to get new or used car from here would be please never... ever ever visit these dealer. They got ripping of machines in form of finance department, I got a chance to visit schaumburg toyota which I found the bestest and realized how unfairly i got ripped off..i have purchased a 2016 camry in 30k miles on it last year around april, I had a 2010 hyundai elantra which I traded in at that point of time around $3600 plus a $2000 in credit from toyota financial services which i have within 6 months to save my xxx from 25% apr. My car value at that point was $14500 from which i had paid almost $5600 plus, since 16 months I am paying $310 per month without fail but still my total balance amount shows as 14450 something and the value of my car right now goes down to $10000. When I asked one of the guy from Finance department about it whose name is MARK, he started playing of with words. Got to know that I have been enrolled in some kind of xxxxty protection which is of about $4000 which was not from offical toyota but some third party crap. Most important thing when I asked for my copy of contract to these guys they try to avoid me saying you have to wait for 2 hours and all to meet mark as he is busy n all...I realised all these stuff that happened to me when I visited schaumburg toyota with my friend and explained them everything, they got shock after hearing to my bad loan situation. So I suggest everyone out there pls avoid these guys they r so smart that you cant even go after them legally as they will take all the signatures from you bcoz of which you cant fight them in courts. Basically I got ripped off and got into loss of my old car amount plus all the payments that I made since 2017 april..friendly suggestion pls avoid these goons and looters

I would give them 0 stars if it was allowed. Paraphrased version: The dealership suggested using one of their partnered towing companies, they damaged... my car, moved my car to multiple locations across the city without ever notifying me, caused me to not be able to have custody of my child for my designated week due to resulting schedule shifts, and still forced me to pay almost 100% of the originally promised price. So I bought my 2009 Toyota Prius from Northside Toyota in 2014 and the experience was average. The car had a few unexpected problems but that's not surprising when you get a used car. Four years later I'm getting out of work to find the car's key fob finally broke and I couldn't get into the vehicle or drive it home so I called Northside Toyota; this was on Thursday 08/26/2018. I called the dealership to get a price to get a new key fob reprogrammed and was told $450 + tax was the price. They suggested using one of their partnering towing companies North Shore Towing in Evanston, IL so I gave the green light. It took the towing company almost 3 hours to finally find my car, after going to the wrong address and inquiring about the wrong make, model, and license plate number. The job was originally supposed to be done by the end of the day if the car had gotten there in time but it wasn't that big of an inconvenience, I was told it would be done the next morning. I call Friday and am told that the person who towed my car dropped it off of the tow truck ramp and caused an extensive amount of damage to the bumper, headlight, and fender. I talked with the dealership and was ensured that the towing company would cover the key fob and damages to my vehicle. An entire week goes by without my car, my schedule and my family's schedule was shifted completely, and now I am finding out the Northside Toyota changed the price to $740-$780 (never confirmed by Northside Toyota) without communicating it to me or the towing company before the service was done. The towing company only offered to cover half of the key fob after finding out the new price. After 6 days of not being able to pick my kid up when it was my turn to have him for the week and having to shift my work schedule, either one of the two companies should have covered all of the expenses. A process that was promised to be done by the end of the day led to me not having my car for a full week and still having to pay almost the entire promised price.
A/c was broken. Sales person - Nick had left our desk to make another sale. Sales Manager - Peter just came out to berate us.
