I just recently bought a car for a good price. Everyone was polite and helpful. I did not like the fact that they told me I had to have insurance on the... car before driving off. All you need is proof of insurance. They said it was mandatory to have it, but finally used my proof of insurance and gave me a temp tag. Why create such a hassle only to finally allow me to use proof of insurance? The other disappointment was that the monthly payment they quoted me changed (increased) not once, but twice before I had signed on the dotted line. The staff were friendly, nice location, facilities, etc. I would recommend this place but would caution a buyer to watch out for the issues I had.

Saw the Nissan Rogue we wanted with all the options on Cars.com. After the test drive when we sat down to finalize the deal, we find out there is a $2000... Certified Nissan fee on this Rogue. We said that was unacceptable and we were about to leave when they agreed to drop the certification along with the warranty that goes with it. Then, they tell us that there is this dealership scan fee of $399, WHAT??? There is no getting out of that one unfortunately... The car was priced to sell so overall it turned out to be an OK deal. I just wish they could be upfront with all these costs in the advertised price of the vehicle so you don't have to go through this at the end. This is the ONLY dealership that I have ever dealt with that has done done this!!! And I have bought a couple dozen cars (for myself, family and friends) all from dealerships in Illinois and Wisconsin in the past 10 years.....
