When I test drove the Nissan Pathfinder 2017 (certified), I noticed unusual noises coming from the front of the car. Speaking with the Sales Rep (Omar)... he suggested this was normal because of the CVT transmission. After test driving another car, this was not the case. Clearly, the car should have been tested first before release. After profuse apologies, I was told the issue would be addressed. Given the current Covid crisis, I wanted all issues, including paperwork addressed prior to finalizing the sale. I was told the car would be ready Friday which I found out was not the case after I arrived. Why was I not informed even after confirming (twice)? I clearly wasted my time. I came in the following week, test drove the car and decided to purchase it. I was then surprised to discover only one key would be provided. Jake insisted this was normal (it isn't - I spoke with other dealers). As a courtesy, I would have expected to be provided another key. Jake however absolutely refused, even saying they were selling the car below cost! Clearly, no dealer would lose money - and suggesting that was the case insults my intelligence. Financing issues aside, there were a host of inconsistent communications internally between Omar, Jake, the Service department causing these unnecessary delays and confusion. I haven't even had a follow-up call from the Sales reps since buying the car. Terrible customer service.

My fiancé and I recently visited this dealership looking to purchase a car we had seen online that we were very interested in (something we haven’t done... in over 10 years!). We were somewhat dreading the process. I am pleased to say the Berman Nissan made everything quick, easy and painless!!! We were there a few short hours, and left with the car we wanted. While all the staff we interacted with were wonderful, I want to especially praise our sales consultant, Xochilt Ramirez!!! She was an absolute dream and pleasure to work with! She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful in every way.
