Well least say if you put your heater climate control on 72 you would expect it to keep 72 like you house wrong, you have to put the heat up to 90 to... get any heat out of it. And I was told I did know how to use the heater right. Boy are they stupid. don't buy a car here they are real dad and so is the sales staff.

Having a major repair done such a total frame replacement, even under warrantee, can be a nail biter, but the folks at Hulbert did their level best to... keep me informed and happy. At a whopping 282,000 miles, I knew there would be things rusted or normally worn that could not reasonably be reused, so I had mentally prepared myself for some expense to have my beloved Tundra "restored". Steve in Service called me whenever they came across things that broke or were unsafe to re-use. I felt their assements were accurate and although somewhat costly, I did not feel "nickle-dimed" by things that were not truely necessary. I also felt the quality of workmanship was superb. Thanks for making my old truck new again!
I arrived looking for a new car and was greeted by Jonathan. He is warm, friendly and not your “typical” car salesman, but neither was this... dealership “typical”. I am currently in the process of shopping/ buying and jonathan has been wonderful. Everyone here seems like they are truly a part of the Hurlbert family, which you don’t often find. I highly recommend this dealership and jonathan if you’re looking for an efficient, warm, calm and relaxed car shopping & buying experience.

I found the car that I wanted online through their website. I called the dealership, spoke to someone that was very nice. Was told the vehicle would... be around $2,500 under sticker price (not an unreasonable expectation) and would arrive in a couple of weeks. The sales person said it would be around X, maybe even a little less but they hadn't received the vehicle invoice yet and couldn't work out exactly what it would be but it would be at least $2,500 off. I thought it was great because I was traveling from 4 hours away (I was looking for a rare color). Based on the person I spoke with and the $2,500 discount I left a $1,000 deposit to hold the vehicle when it arrived. I got a call around a week later that the vehicle had arrived but there was a new price of full sticker, no discount at all because they had other buyers interested and they can't discount the model that I was looking for? Totally bizarre experience and a weird way to do business, all over $2,500 off sticker not including their dealership fee so it was effectively just over $2,000 off a $40k vehicle. Very poor communication and the very nice person was either not trained or given bad information that should've been honored. There was no confusion about the vehicle because they sent me a vehicle summary the day that I left a deposit. The worst part was I passed on buying a vehicle that was closer (2nd color choice) to my home based on the deal that was made when I left a deposit. I called back to my local dealer and it's no longer available. Overall get everything in writing and even then I'd go somewhere else. I love Toyota's and have bought 5 new ones in the last 15 years. Overall just very disappointed by the experience. Good luck, be safe. I highly recommend Toyota but not this dealer. The sales person was great (professional, quick response, etc.) but totally dropped the ball and did nothing, absolutely nothing about it. In the grand scheme of things I didn't ask for much and now I've missed out on getting what I wanted (it's the end of the 2017 model year and I wanted a color that's being discontinued). Disappointing and could've easily been avoided.

Stay a way from this dealer. Worst service and total miss guided information. I went to buy a Rav 4 for my friend. When we enter the dealership there... was no one for service. I ask the couple of time who is here to sell the car. Finally, one gentleman came and bring us to a Salesperson name Nick. I said to Nick we are here to buy a car. He said, cash or credit. I said, 0% for 72 months but does it make different cash or credit. He said no!.After having 5-10 minute conversation with him when we want to see the car he said, go see the car at the lot and bring him the stock number because he has an appointment with someone. What a Joke! Why would he starts the conversation with us when he already has an appointment with someone else. However, we needed to buy the car that day so we went to the lot and selected the car. When we were back Nick introduced us to the Salesperson Name, Paul. Right from the beginning, I felt Paul is not the friendly guy. I was surprised he was in Sales. Anyway, he helped us to choose the car my friend liked. After some negotiation sales price finalized and we are ready to do the paperwork then we learned that the price was not for 0% financing. If we want 0% price was $2000 more. What a misrepresentation. When I said to Paul why we were not told that from the beginning. He replied that it is all over the internet. I requested to speak to Manager but no manager wanted to come talk to me. He went to their office twice but came back with the reply that all of the managers were busy. I don't see too many activities there and surprise that Managers are busy. I sure top to bottom misguided principle applied at this place. I left the place very angry and upset. I will never go there or recommend anyone to go this place to buy a ca r. There are many good places around. Stay a way from this place.

He called me right back and gave me all the... information I needed very polite and caring! He got right on tracking my car parts down and called me back within the hour. This is my third attempt of trying to receive a response, on excessive oil consumption for out RAV4. Toyota contacted us about this issue, and not the... other way around. You do Toyota and your dealership a great disservice of ignoring a customer who has a legitimate problem. It's this type of behavior that gives car dealers such a bad reputation. Please respond. Dave
