I had an excellent experience buying a car from Morong,

I had an excellent experience buying a car from Morong, especially due to the efforts of Vicentiu Marcu. I stopped by to look at a Q3 I'd seen on the website that had come off a one-year lease, but it was sold. After chatting with Vici about what I was looking for, he called me about a new Q3 in inventory that he thought I would like. It was clear he really listened to me, because it was a great fit. He made the process as painless as buying a car can ever be and took a lot of time to go over the car's features before I drove it away. I have kept his card and if I'm in the market again for a brand sold at Morong, I will hope to work with him again.

A very professional and friendly staff from sales to business to tech insuring that we had the best experience possible. They also found the exact car we wanted and kept us posted on when it would arrive and be ready for us. A very good experience all around.

Vici, our Sales Consultant, was truly a pleasure to deal with. He is knowledgeable about the car features and comparisons to other makes and models. Spending as much time as we needed to answer our questions about two Q 3’s, and not pressuring us to make a hasty decision was certainly appreciated.

I had a serious issue with my new Atlas and I was

I had a serious issue with my new Atlas and I was frustrated that a new car was not performing the way I had expected. At first, I was told the repair for the brakes would not be covered under warranty despite the vehicle was only months old. I worked with Javier from Morong Service. It was a rocky road to get the car repaired. However, Javier stepped it up and took ownership of the problem on my behalf and turned around the whole situation. I understand some of the issues I had with the service department were not necessarily his fault. He apologized and got the repair done. He also stepped up the communication which I needed. I appreciate a lot of communication when it comes to any repair and one feels more like they are making real time decisions. In any case, Javier showed professionalism that you don't see much anymore.
