Goss Dodge Chrysler Ram Jeep

I started out online looking for a used Ram. The website was great, easy to use with lots of info and pictures. I sent a message and was instantly contacted by Cory Loudon. On Saturday afternoon I told him what i wanted and how limited time i had to search. He sent me an online application for credit approval. Monday morning we talked on the phone and decided on the best truck I qualified for. I got dropped off at the dealership at 4:30 That day and by 5:15 I drove out with a beautiful 2012 Hemi Ram. Customer Service with a capital C!!! First off I want to say a HUGE THANK YOU to all of Goss Dodge! You guys are all so great! This is my second time purchase / leasing a car from Steven LaClaire and I still vow that I will never buy another car from anyone else! I did shop around but no one could beat the price and quality of customer service. Steven did everything he could to stick within my budget and even go lower than what I had thought was possible. He treated me with the utmost respect and gave me his honest opinions even, if went against what I thought I ?needed?. He didn?t try to sell me the most expensive car I could qualify for. I felt like he really had my interest at heart unlike most greedy car salesman. When it came to the actual purchasing of the car it only took like 15 minutes! He was so organized and had everything nicely laid out and highlighted. He had an answer for every question and was extremely knowledgeable. I felt reassured and comfortable which to me is sooooo important. Being a 19 year old female going car shopping on her own you can bet I received the ?typical get her in and get her out because she is a young female who doesn?t know anything? treatment. Steven took his time with me and laughed at my jokes even though we both knew they weren't funny. He really went out of his way for me and he felt more like a mentor not a car salesman. He found the best fit for me and I couldn't have asked for anything more in my car. We currently purchased a 2005 Toyota Highlander from Paul Poltz at Goss Dodge. It was honestly one of the best experiences we've had yet at a dealership. He was extremely friendly, but not overpowering or too pushy. He worked with us to get us into our price range (under 10K), and never pushed us into something we couldn't afford or didn't care about. The whole process (test driving, paper work, waiting to hear back from banks, ect.) only took about 4 hours, some of which time we were able to go to dinner and shop while they took care of the paper work. This was so much more conveinient compared to the 6+ hours we've spent at subaru and toyota dealerships in the past. I would definitely recommend them to others looking for a good deal and easy experience.

The whole process of leasing my new rig could not have been more wonderful. The salesman Steve laclaire listened to me when I said I didn't want any phone calls I just wanted to work out the details through emails first and his responses were super fast and he answered all my questions honestly and proposed a killer deal right off the bat so I came in to the dealership the next day. I ended up getting a even better deal after trading my Subaru WRX in and left the dealership in record time and had that warm fuzzy feeling that you usually don't end up feeling when you leave a dealership. Steve laclaire is AWESOME, a really genuinely great, funny guy and if anyone is reading this, ask for him if you decide you want a rig from this dealership although everyone there was really nice and appreciated that I was choosing them to do business with. I have to mention that I was emailing the ford, Toyota, and Chevy dealers at the same time and the reason I went with Goss Dodge was because of steve's fast responses and super personality and friendliness.

Second Chrysler 200 love this car and Steve Laclaire my salesman is awesome. I have followed him to Goss Dodge from another location because I am comfortable with him and he is great at the sales part quick and painless I like that.
