My appointment was for recall and oil/ filter change. I have left my car at the dealer and took shuttle to get me home. When my car was ready shuttle was provided and I got back to pick up my car. Everything works as it should so far.

Gave and estimated time of 2 hour for my car to be done. It took them 2.5 hours before the even looked at my car for a simple oil change and tires. Was in dealership for over 4 hours, finally had to call and get my car because took way longer than expected and had an appointment. Was completely ridiculous. If you say 2 hours to complete your service your should not be waiting 2 hours before they even look at your car!!!!!!!

Waited 2-1/2 hours for service and a head mechanic. NO work was done on vehicle. A new display board was ordered and will not be in in time for a scheduled trip about 1500 miles. Very dissatisfied with this event. NOTHING was done on the vehicle.

Been chasing a leak in my car for 6 months. The first repair they did failed in the lot, they made sure to correct it answered all my questions and were very nice.
