Great customer care - Naim helped me decide to do an alignment ($125 ish) instead of doing a alignment assessment ($79) and kept me informed, including explaining a delay (only 1 guy to do the alignments that day).

I was advised that my tacoma was not inspectable due to
I was advised that my tacoma was not inspectable due to frame rot. I did not feel Alan was as sensitive as he could have been with the delivery of this news nor as helpful with next steps/ options. Ultimately the experience felt dismissive.
