I received a notice from them stating they could help me with a recent bankruptcy that was filed September 21st of 2018. I spoke with John Mac thru email... I asked him should I wait a little bit more till after my creditors meeting he assured me they work with thousands of people with open bankruptcy. So we head and hour drive out there met with a sales made rob Goldman he gave us 2 options a Gray or white Jeep Cherokee only thing that we could get that meets our criteria .. We waited several hours sales man was too busy with someone else. Carne back after a few hours to tell us sorry you're not approve but maybe a Jeep Compass left us there for another few hours comes back and again sorry guys you're not a approved for that either what about a Chevy trax at this time we were so upset for wasting our time we decided to leave .We drove down the streets of Chevy literally one block away and they helped us sales rep Emily stood there with us did not leave us like Rob even though I wasn't able to get a vehicle because of my bankruptcy at least my partner was able to get a vehicle that he really liked.. (my thing is what happened to all our vehicles are 0 Down don't worry Jeep Cherokee is our number one cars are that is the easiest for people that file bankruptcy per John Mac) call my assistant Jessica she will get u pre approved.. yeah right .. total waste of time and embarrassing .. why even give us a test drive and tell me that's my only option get my hopes up.. just to turn around and say sorry we can't do nothing.. why run my credit after I TELL YOU I JUST FILLED CHAPTER 7 AND EXPLAINED MY SITU... WHAT WAS THE POINT OF GETTING MY HOPE HIGH.. LETTING ME DRIVE TO TELL ME SORRY I CAN'T HELP U..I didn't go out there to test drive cars and get my dreams crushed. The sad part I didn't even meet John Mac only spoke with him thru email.. oh by the way thank you for all these hard inquiries you put on my credit report..
Chris was outstanding! He was patient, kind and explained everything so well. I would and will recommend him to anyone needing a new car. It was an absolute... pleaseure to work with him.
I gave 1 stars because it forced me to choose at least 1, but in my opinion they are a big ZERO. My last two service/repair experiences here have been... awful and I will not be returning. My most recent experience... I had an appointment at 9:40 am to check a screeching noise that I thought was caused by my rear brakes/brake pads. By 2 pm I had NOT heard a word/text from them so I called to get an answer. It wasn't until 4pm that I got to speak to someone and only to get the repsonse "we couldn't find the key to unlock your wheels" but the brake pads look fine. Why didn't they call about the key at 10am? When I explained that there was a screeching noise and it needed to be determined what it was. They said they would need the car until the next day. Long story short, I had to keep calling to get information and they had my car for 3 days. The only time they called promptly was when the repairs were done and they wanted me to pick up the car and of course PAY for the repairs. But it doesn't end there, the driver side floor mat wasn't put back and the floor was full of the leaves/bark and then the next day (in the daylight) I noticed that my middle console was covered in dirt/bark - where the xxxx did they take my car? Never will I return to have repair work done or buy a car. Incompetent and poor service.
This is the second time I have purchased a car from Naperville Chrysler Jeep Dodge. My salesman, Chris, is very knowledgeable and patient. He took the... time to answer my questions and basically held my hand to walk me through the car buying process. The finance team was super friendly, explained everything as it moved along. I will definitely be back in a few years for another purchase.
Ski was the kindest, most patient salesman we’ve ever dealt with. Very personable, and took the time to explain all of our options to us. He never one... made us feel pressured to make a decision, he just wanted us happy. What a great guy, we HIGHLY recommend him, and this dealership!
