This past year the chipmunks and field mice have discovered my Escape. Again, the G.Stone mechanics have diagnosed the problem and performed the necessary... repairs. However, while the car was in for the repairs, I would have been left without a vehicle. Trudy was able to find a loaner car for me. Everyone at G.Stone consistently not only does the repair work. They really care about their customers.

My F150 got a flat tire. It was replaced by a 7 year old spare, with help from a friend. The dealer repaired the flat tire and replaced it on the truck.

I've been a customer of G.Stone Motors since 1999. I always have been, and still am, a more than satisfied customer. Their sales and service departments... are excellent, honest, professional, extremely helpful, and friendly. This is the first time that I've had a complaint....the wearing of masks in the customer lounge is not required. I'm part of the at risk group..over 80 with high blood pressure and diabetes. There were six of us in the lounge with only two of us wearing masks. If retail stores can require the wearing of masks, why can't G.Stone Motors. I don't think that's too much to ask of all customers.
