My wife and I had a tremendous experience at Manchester City Nissan. The Finance Manager Ken was FANTASTIC and the salesman Chris was helpful and attentive.... The buying process was not the usual loooooong, drawn out affair. It was quick, efficient and actually nice! We got a great car at a great price and the people were great as well.
Im on my 2nd vehicle from Decormier Nissan in Manchester. Dave Chittick was my salesman both times. He went above and beyond both times. This last time,... I showed up in a rental and I wanted to leave with a car. He went with me to drop off the rental as I did not have anyone else to drop it off. I got a 2014 Sentra and its exactly what I wanted. Annie the finance manager knew I was in a rush to work, so she got me approved and through the paperwork fast. I used their service department for warranty work on my 09 Frontier and they got it done fast and did great work. I recommend them as a dealer.

Stay away if you are a smart shopper and don't want to waste your time. Unrealistic price quotes and excessive fees. Like stepping back in time... 30 years before everyone knew what other people are paying for same car.
Parents recently purchased Nissan Altima and were charged over the kbb. Also head lamp was cracked completely didn’t know till after They got the... car home, and went back a few days later, and The dealership refuse to fix the problem. After purchasing the warranty For 2500 and the gap insurance for 500 a simple head light could have been fixed. Bad service and don’t let these people fool you I would recommend going to another place they don’t hold there word.
RUN AWAY!! Terrible, Terrible, Terrible - they used pressure sales tactics to try to get us to commit - "I need to pay my employees", "I'm losing money... on this deal", "what you can't afford it?" - Exact words from Tarek the used car manager - all we asked for was some more time - Finally, we liked the car so much, we called and scheduled an appointment for the offer they proposed, yes the offer they originally were pushing when I was first turned off by the pressure sales tactic, we called and said yes we are fine with that. We called on a Friday and were bringing a check on Tuesday after we scheduled the appointment to come down and purchase the car - they knew we were buying, everyone agreed, we were all happy - we received a call Monday they were sold the car without telling us. Snakes. Don't trust them at all! - we agreed to their price and this is how they treat customers? - DO NOT BY A CAR FROM HERE EVER STAY AWAY!!
Went in considering to buy a car, got a great deal Loai was a superb! He got me approved and it didn't take forever like other dealers, he was sabby and... knowledgeable and very charismatic I loved it. He offered me good coffee which matters to me, and I left with my car I'm so excited! He made this such a wonderful experience I will definitely be recommending this salesman to my friends.
Bought my Kia from this company. They were supposed to do a complete exam of the mechanical operations of the car. Had the car for a month an noticed... a heavy oil leak. I had an extended warranty going as well. Could not get to the dealer immediately and had to go over to Firestone. They informed me that when the oil change was done the mechanic stripped the threads on the oil pan and I had to completely replace the oil pan. A $360 job. I phoned the dealer and they told me to bring it in... problem is the dealership was a bit too far and I was worried I would destroy the motor with the leakage I was seeing. I was advised by Firestone not to do this. I bought the car for convenience and would have no way to work. The dealership offered to provide me with a rental car. It wasn't even a month out the door. I need the transportation for work. I did not have the money for a rental let alone having to wait days for the repair. I had Firestone repair the car, they worked with me. I conveyed my displeasure with the finance manager who asked me to send him a receipt for the repair and he was going to talk to the Manager of the store. I emailed him twice since our initial talk and never heard back from anyone. I was looking for a partial reimbursement but they chose to ignore me. They were great to get the sale of the car and that was it. I would not suggest anyone to buy here. Look elsewhere. Not a good operation and I was told later by others about poor experiences they had. Sorry I went there.
This was by far the easiest stress free car buying experience ever. The salesman Adom and the finance manager Jeremiah were so helpful and made everything... so effortless. They really went above and beyond. I can’t thank them enough. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know
I had a great experience buying a used vechile from these guys. I had so many bad experiences at other dealerships and these guys really took care of... me. They got me exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted and proceed to make sure the vechile was ready to drive. Calvin my salesmen went above and beyond to make the experience a great one. Josh in the service department went through the car to make sure it was good to go and got me driving my new vechile. I 've never been so thrilled with a purchase!!
