    My husband and I recently purchased 2014 CRV from Manchester Honda. Dave Babella was awesome and made our experience very pleasant. The no hassle pricing is a huge stress reliever and the lifetime warranty can't be beat. Dave even put a personal touch on the car when we arrived with red-white-blue balloons knowing I am patriotic. The staff is also very friendly. Allen also checked in with us, and Kim was great showing us how to use the features which were new to us. Thanks for a great experience. Will definitely recommend them, Thanks again, Janet & Chip

  • BAD service dept.

    Ellen C is a professional sales person but the service dept. is very bad. It takes an average of 3 hours for your "appointment" for a oil change....

    Ellen C is a professional sales person but the service dept. is very bad. It takes an average of 3 hours for your "appointment" for a oil change. They want a 4 hour window to rotate tires, inspect brakes, oil change and fill up fluids. Not even an hour of work. It is time for another honda for my wife but maybe it is time for a change.

    So far so good! Most of my exchanges with them have been on the phone. Yesterday I went for a test drive and signed papers. Everything's straight forward and easy. The price is the price! No wondering if I got a fair price. I'll pick up the car next week.

    I recently took my Grandson's 2005 Honda accord for a diagnosis of an engine problem. The attention I got was beyond excellent. From the receptionist to the Tech. I was unsure where the pcv valve was located, he printed out a picture of it so I could locate it. The diagnosis was "spot on' and I was able to do the repair myself. I had the car at another garage prior and spent close to $400 and the problem was still there. If I had the diagnosis done to begin with I would have saved $350. Thank you. William Hurley.

    Manchester Honda has the most professional dealership and service center that I have ever utilized. It is always a pleasure to take my vehicle there, as I know it will be properly taken care of. I never feel that I am being told something needs fixing when it doesn't, which has been an unfortunate experience in my dealings with other dealerships.

    An exceptional experience after going to too many other dealerships that publish cars for sale that just happen to be sold when you walk in the door,ridiculous haggling over price ("let me take this to my manager") and a lot of wasted time. Manchester Honda is professional, efficient, reasonable no-haggle pricing, pleasant and very thorough even to the point of having a technician sit with me and go through all the features of the car.
