Professionalism I have been with Rogers for a long long time and I have purchased all of my three cars brand new. The staff in which I have encountere...d have been nothing but the best to me It wld not be fair to named; cuz to others they may feel that other person in your staff are just as great. And I do admit that as well. It's just like I said the ones in which I have done business with have given me the professionalism well deserve. I aslo like the timely that I have experience; never a long wait for me; and besides Rogers is very convenient to my place of employment; the CPD. WE came to Rogers Auto Group for an oil change. After we found out that it couldn't be done in the time we had, we made an appointment for next week.... My wife wonder into the dealership and started looking at new automobiles and that was it. Holly Burd made our purchasing experience ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. She was of the utmost professional at every step of the process. I will definitely recommend her to any of those whom WE are associated with if they are considering purchasing any automobile. She was SO KNOWLEDGABLE about each and every automobile we surveying without getting in our way of viewing, NO PRESSURE. HER and ME both being VETERANS was an added bonus. Once I saw a service advisor the process was quick. Someone should acknowledge you waiting in your car after at least 5 minutes.

Service representative thoroughly explained what was to be done. Clean facility, with a waiting room with free wifi and desk space which I really appr...eciated. Regular maintenance service was completed more quickly than I expected.

Everyone is very nice and accommodating. Unfortunately, even with an appointment I waited a long time and then had to leave my car and come back the ...next day costing me time and money. Not enough mechanics on duty to service my car.
