    Lori and Amanda work very hard to make sure the customer is always taken care of. Every time We go here it's usually due to some sort of issue that stresses... us out. But every time we do they turn a bad situation to a tolerable one. Thanx for always doing such an amazing job. My wife and I have had a couple of big jobs done here and they were completed perfectly! Great mechanics and great service writers make up the perfect service department. Well done Scranton Motors. I live in North Windham 5 minutes from a local GMC dealer, I drive 36 miles to Scranton Motors that should pretty much some it up.

    Replaced two rear tires for winter tires and had two new tires installed on the front and had the front tires aligned. They had difficulty with the alignment... but took the time to do an excellent job. Although it was a long process they made sure I was fully satisfied with the work done and I was.

    I met David outside when I was there to have my tire pressure checked. There was an SUV parked outside the door and I asked him about it. Everything... moved fast from the point. I leased the Buick Invision on the next day. David met me on Friday, his day off, so that I could take a ride. Everyone was excellent in their help about this lease happening.

    Unfortunately had to buy a new Cadillac as my neighbors tree came down and crushed my other one . Really didn't feel like buying one but then Cadillac... came out with 0% financing so I took a ride to scranton motors. Being in real estate sales in dealing with car salesman over the years I can't stay in the car salesman . Then I meant James mangene. His approach was like mine when selling no pressure approach not pushy willing to help anyway that he could . Him and I got along great so I highly recommend Jim when you looking to buy a new car for that no pressure approach he can be reached at 860-872-9145 extension 122
