Excellent service and attention to detail on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Technicians provide a video of the inspection and recommendations. Very thorough. Matt Evans is the service lead. He is very prompt, responsive and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Mitchell Service. It is worth the expense to have it done right.

Their service team is knowledgeable and explains things clearly. I had some special requested work, they asked for clarification in detail before starting the work. We bought the Pacifica in 2019 before they moved, and had a great sales experience too.

We purchased our Pacifica here, and had it recently serviced. There were three software upgrades they were able to get coverage for while it was in the shop, saving us money. And they gave the car a wash when they were done!
