    Worst place to get a car.Please stay away.As home health Aid,I have a busy schedule as I work 24/7 so I did most of the process over the phone after choosing the car.the worst thing I ever experience.I had to pay for a service I never wanted but they force it on me because I wasn't able to go there myself and later said I have signed a paper on it.after paying my money in full and calling them ahead of time that am coming for my car,OMG,I got there and had to wait two hours for my car to get registered.worst customer service ever.the only good thing about the place is that ,its neat.Please stay away

    Each time that I've required service on my Acura, I have experienced nothing short of excellence with my service through Jordan. He is one of the most caring, compassionate and trusting people I have ever dealt with. Jordan goes beyond the call to make customers feel comfortable and safe. I have learned to trust Acura thanks to the excellent service he provides. The work is always performed with perfection and I drive out of the lot knowing that my vehicle is safe and reliable. The business world should have more employees like him!! I commend his dedication to making Acura a place of integrity.

    The service department could not be any better! They are informative explaining the service planned, the service performed, work to consider for the future to keep my car in top shape, and timely reminders during the waiting period so I knew I hadn't been forgotten. Those of us waiting were offered beverages and light snacks. As always, an all around positive experience. Thanks!

    I purchased and have always had my 2007 Acura TL serviced at this dealership. I recently had the 60K miles service performed and other than forgetting to reset the oil service maintenance minder back to 100%, a minor item I performed myself, I am reporting over all excellent satisfaction. My service advisor Jordan was knowledgeable and listened well when discussing the work to be performed and the after work consult. I fully expect to continue having my 07 Acura TL serviced here and should I ever look to buy a new model Acura I will look no further than Antonino Acura.

    We brought our vehicle in for service without an appointment. We had traveled left a light on and drained the battery. The radio code was not available in our 2001. Mike the service mgr and Justin his assistant mgr worked us into the calendar. They fixed our car wrote the radio code for future use and gave us a courtesy wash and vacuum. This was excellent service on older Acura we still love to drive.
