Mario the owner yelled at me and my sister right in front of my two-year-old niece about what he is not going to fix on the car. A 2014 Toyota Corolla... was bought and the tires were bad so they put tires on the radio didn't work so they finally put a radio in all along this took a good month they gave me a loaner that broke down. So I go in today to find out why there is an accident report in my paperwork because they told me there was no accidents on the car they asked where I got this from,? They were pretty shocked they said they never told us there was no accidents. And told us that the car was totally safe. Yet the windshield wipers are falling off the car. Or gets me is that he thinks he can just yell at customers like that? And I've seen plenty more reviews just like this so it's not just me. I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy. They can say they did this they did that but it was all a big run around to get anything done nothing was simple nobody's on the same page there and I blamed it on Mario because he is the owner he is the head of the place and I kind of felt bad for the guy that sold us the car because he didn't know what Mario was going to say that day because he just feeds you what you want to hear to get you out and just pacify you hoping that your warranty probably ticks away in the meantime. the place is a total joke do not buy a car from here I guarantee you will feel the same way.
I got you appointment right away, they even cleaned inside my car and washed it also. Very friendly people, there was free coffee and T.V. While I waited,... the wait wasn't dry long, happy I taken my car there for service

Walked in the door to a very unprofessional so called sales manager Mario!!! Was looking at a used Jeep that I was told just came in the other day that... was not the case it has been there over a week and was being used as a personal vehicle!! Was not ready at all!! It was gross inside!! Was told it was not test drive ready when we already had an appointment for it!! Mario was very rude and unprofessional. I have never been treated like that ever!! And they hit my credit with out my Permission!! I did not give them any information!

All I asked for was a botyom line price only to have the GM call me back in a short 2 mins call and attack me .Like literally attack me and used the most... condescending tone ever. I expressed I was being ripped over by another dealership and he felt it was grounds to attack wow I had cash coming in to buy on the spot .ok it leaves one to wonder how you made it to a GM being AAOle to customers
I am sure this is a mix up of sorts.

After having the car for 4 days i realized that the check engine light didnt seem right, well i was right, after contacting a mechanic it looks like the... light has been covered up so you cant tell if the light is on!!
