After having to pay out of pocket, my car is still not 100% . After being quoted one number and then told that they would match another dealers price,... they still tried to charge me almost 300 dollars more then the original quote. Oscar is a nice guy but I got really tired and irritated of being told ???it???ll be done tomorrow ??? for a week straight. 2 weeks later and I???m still having issues with the car. And the next appointment I can get is more than a month out.. overall not happy with the service, only upside is that Oscar is friendly and willing to work with you.

Im writing this review to recognize the quality of service I was provided after mike insisted on me to come back after a very disappointing day first impression... I decided to give them a second chance mike was very professional and friendly he had Mustafa take over I was equally impressed with Mustafa on helping me to reach a deal regardless If i was closing a deal or not they did all the right things to make me change the first impression to a much much customer friendly second impression I???m very happy that we did closed a deal thanks Mustafa and Mike

Bought a 2011 Grand Caravan from Napelton last week for my wife, used with low miles and a good price. They were very easy and pleasant to work with, provided... timely financing and had the used vehicle ready to go, properly cleaned and detailed. Such a good experience I plan to buy another used car from them in the next 3 - 6 months when my leased vehicle is ready for return. Thanks!

I called the dealer and spoked with Joe and set a time between 6 and 7 for me to arrive and see a Jeep they advertise on the internet he told me I’ll... grt it clean and ready after considering this 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee summit I droved 2 hrs when I arrived the sales person Joe did his old fasdion dance back and forward to the key box I thought this is not good I was right after a few minutes he dropped and said huuu the Jeep just got sold but are you interested on another one I was flaming big time what a disrespect for a serious buyer I know what I want color model trim year and I get this my firs time at a Jeep dealer maybe I should stay with Chevy very disappointing o felt like I was fished but the worst was after I left joe called me and says I apologized but we do have the Jeep that made me not upset seriously his job as a sales person was to have the car ready for a prospect buyer in advance

Napletons car dealer ship service department is the best,I've had to get some minor repairs on my car it was excellent service I call Doug Norton... told him the problem his response was bring it in no problem there was no appointment needed and no long wait time Doug even took the time to show me how some of my car features work because I didn't have a clue it ment a lot to me. Thank you Napleton car dealership and Doug for you were the answer to all my problem.

Do not waist your time with this dealership. They will string you along all day and then pull BS at the end of the deal. They do not care about customer... service or the customer in general. They came back after a signed upon price with ???extras??? that they forgot. Save your time and money and shop with a reputable dealer.

Can I give negative stars? Do not waist your time with this dealership. I had an offer signed by myself and the dealership yet they come to me after the... check had been cut with some BS work that had been done they did not account for in the price. Would not honor the price they brought to me! Waisted 4 hours of my time and my banks. Do not spend money with Napeltons they do not care about the customer. Would not send my worst enemy to this joke.
