    Bought a 2011 Grand Caravan from Napelton last week for my wife, used with low miles and a good price. They were very easy and pleasant to work with, provided... timely financing and had the used vehicle ready to go, properly cleaned and detailed. Such a good experience I plan to buy another used car from them in the next 3 - 6 months when my leased vehicle is ready for return. Thanks!

    This dealership really gets it treating my daughter???s jeep as if she was family. I do not live nearby and they all have take extra care of my vehicles... that were bought elsewhere with extensive follow up!!!     My car was have a lot of issues and was inoperable. I had my car towed to this dealership and they walked me through everything. They explained the issue... and provided a firm timeline for it to get fixed and stuck to that commitment. They regularly sent me updates and did a great job ultimately solving the issue. I will definitely return for any car problems in the future.

    After having to pay out of pocket, my car is still not 100% . After being quoted one number and then told that they would match another dealers price,... they still tried to charge me almost 300 dollars more then the original quote. Oscar is a nice guy but I got really tired and irritated of being told ???it???ll be done tomorrow ??? for a week straight. 2 weeks later and I???m still having issues with the car. And the next appointment I can get is more than a month out.. overall not happy with the service, only upside is that Oscar is friendly and willing to work with you.

    Im writing this review to recognize the quality of service I was provided after mike insisted on me to come back after a very disappointing day first impression... I decided to give them a second chance mike was very professional and friendly he had Mustafa take over I was equally impressed with Mustafa on helping me to reach a deal regardless If i was closing a deal or not they did all the right things to make me change the first impression to a much much customer friendly second impression I???m very happy that we did closed a deal thanks Mustafa and Mike

    Thanks to Mike and Mustafa I had a very happy second experience at the dealer mike called me two times for me to come back after having a disappointing... first impression I desided to give them a second chance and drove back my experience was great with Mustafa and mike I didn’t think we were going to make a deal but the customer service they provided me with was enough the vest part is that we made a deal friendly customer experience goes longways thanks Again Mustafa for all your help made the process much easier

    I called the dealer and spoked with Joe and set a time between 6 and 7 for me to arrive and see a Jeep they advertise on the internet he told me I’ll... grt it clean and ready after considering this 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee summit I droved 2 hrs when I arrived the sales person Joe did his old fasdion dance back and forward to the key box I thought this is not good I was right after a few minutes he dropped and said huuu the Jeep just got sold but are you interested on another one I was flaming big time what a disrespect for a serious buyer I know what I want color model trim year and I get this my firs time at a Jeep dealer maybe I should stay with Chevy very disappointing o felt like I was fished but the worst was after I left joe called me and says I apologized but we do have the Jeep that made me not upset seriously his job as a sales person was to have the car ready for a prospect buyer in advance
