    Bought a 2011 Grand Caravan from Napelton last week for my wife, used with low miles and a good price. They were very easy and pleasant to work with, provided timely financing and had the used vehicle ready to go, properly cleaned and detailed. Such a good experience I plan to buy another used car from them in the next 3 - 6 months when my leased vehicle is ready for return. Thanks!

    Apparently this company thinks it's appropriate to hang up on customers who ORDERED BRAND NEW vehicles from this place. The guy's name is Brian or Bruce he was supposed to call me back by end of the day then lies and says "well i said i should be able to get you a call back by end of day". They stole over $1k from me and if they don't think that I won't report this to the State Police and Attorney General office they are sorely mistaken. I will file suit against this company first thing in the AM if I don't get a call by the time they close today. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

    I went to Napelton's dealership looking for a new Jeep - i had been driving an older Jeep with many miles and needed to start putting the maintenance costs into something worthwhile. I was first introduced to Suzy Reingold, whom very quickly proved she knew her products inside and out. It was meaningful to discuss what i loved about my old Jeep, and to have Suzy be able to 1. locate items in my price range and 2. locate items that had qualities which I wanted to replicate from my experience with older Jeeps. On our first visit, we looked at the inside and out of 3 cars and test drove two. Over the next two weeks, Suzy was available via email and phone for me to ask all my questions as I am a first time buyer through a dealership in Chicago. We went back after two weeks to purchase. It was a long purchase process, made complicated by my old Jeep biting the dust the day before (Suzy will warn you, NEVER discuss purchasing a new car around your old one!) and much investigation to find a Jeep in my price range. We spent the day with her looking at the options, weighing pros and cons of the driving experience, prices, bells and whistles, and trims. She took us to all of their inventory lots and walked around with us to inspect all available cars with us. She sat with us through all the paperwork and gave us a final review of the car at the end of the day. Despite it being a long day, it was beneficial to have someone as personable and knowledgeable as Suzy. At no time did I feel taken advantage of, which is important considering it was my first new car purchase. She spent the day with us, advocated with the finance department to help us find a better rate/monthly payment than what I had found on my own, educated me on Jeep resources available to me, AND educated me on how to find insurance within my budget. It did not feel like a dealer who was trying to make a buck, but someone who authentically wanted us to drive away with something we were satisfied with, felt safe in, and something we could afford.

    Moustafa, Edgar, Christian, and the entire team made the experience of purchasing a car an enjoyable one. I felt I was listened to; they were very generous with their time in showing me the car models I was interested in; they were responsive and available with answers for any questions I had. I walked away with a car I was happy with and purchased from people I was happy to purchase from.

    I am writing to describe my recent experience to Napleton's Northwestern Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram dealership on Wednesday, July 5, 2017. I went to the dealership with my father in order to test drive and potentially purchase a 2009 Porsche Cayenne vehicle. When we arrived, sales consultant Ancil Thomas was assigned to us. He drove with my father and I a few blocks from the dealership for a test drive. However, I needed a more thorough feel for the vehicle and instead wanted to drive the vehicle on the expressway. Since there were no plates on the car, we had to go back to the dealership to retrieve plates. Given the fact that it was rush-hour traffic, I opted to come back another time. In consultation with his manager, Ancil, suggested that I take the vehicle for a 24-hour period to determine how I like the vehicle and to bring the vehicle to a mechanic to determine the internal condition of the vehicle. My concern was that someone traded in a Porsche for a Chrysler product. Although I considered a used Porsche, I also had no problem leasing a Porsche Cayenne from the dealership. After offering a 24-hour trial period, Ancil proceeded to tell my father and I that in order to take the vehicle for a 24-hour period, I would need to proceed to purchase the vehicle and complete the deal. As a long-time customer of the Fields auto group as well as a Lexus dealership, my father I have never been asked to sign an agreement to purchase a vehicle after 20 minutes of being at a dealership. This practice seems deceptive for variety of reasons and this completely turned us off. As a result, we left the dealership immediately and proceeded to go to the Porsche dealership. In the past, we purchased two vehicles here but unfortunately, this dealership will not receive any future business from us.

    My husband and I were visiting from out of state when our van would not start. We had it towed to Northwestern CJD and the people there were always very polite, professional and trustworthy. They fixed our van the same day and it did not cost an arm and a leg. We had a very positive experience and it is refreshing that being out of state, we feel we did not get taken advantage of. Highly recommend!!

    Kat at front desk and Robbie (business partner) were great to work with to buy my Charger Hellcat. Its a small, friendly and family run like business. I was helped through out the process and everything went smoothly. Robbie let me test drive the Hellcat with out even asking. He offered me to take a short drive and didnt push to sell but kind enough to answer any questions. I would highly recomend this dealership for your next purchase.

    Came to this dealership looking for a very specific Cherokee. Ancil Thomas took me for my first test drive, and Jake Cohn took me through the sales process. Throughout my experience the staff were attentive and friendly. I never stood around waiting to talk to anyone, and all my questions (and I had a LOT of questions) were answered thoroughly. After deciding on a vehicle I reserved the car I wanted, and then proceeded to get all the financial details in order on my side of things. When I returned to the dealership a few days later to take delivery Jake came in on his day off to walk me through the vehicle, and get everything setup the way I wanted so I could drive off the lot completely satisfied and knowledgable about my new vehicle!

    We drove 2 1/2 hours to napletons because we seen a vehicle we liked online there. Very friendly our first day there. Decided we wanted the vehicle put a hold of $500 on it. Came back two days later, purchased the vehicle, out salesman knew we had to drive 2 1/2 and said car would be cleaned and ready to go. Car was not cleaned so we had to wait for them to clean it. Almost no gas in it. Had to drive across the street straight to the gas station to get gas, and they said our $500 would be in the mail in a couple days after our checked cleared along with the $500. A week and half goes by no check no title. Called and they said check was in the mail. A week later, no check no title. 3 weeks later we finally get title in the mail... no check. Talked with manager, said check was in the mail..... no check a week later. My husband finally drove the 2 1/2 hours to get our check and we finally got it. And guess what... no manager was to be found!? Imagine that! We never received any check in the mail after two managers telling us it was in the mail. And funny how before we bought the vehicle our salesman was calling calling to make sure we were coming to get it and then you don't hear from them once you buy it. Very very disappointed! And I don't appreciate being lied to!
