    Originally met with Mike Gallio who was very courteous and friendly. Mike showed me several options and several lease quotes. Mike explained that he would be going on vacation shortly and introduced us to Kevin Puzzo. Kevin was just great. He went out of his way to make sure we had enough info to make our final choice. When we decided on the Outback he then proceeded to arrange all the details and got the care ready for pickup in just a few days. Since my wife would be the main driver, Kevin spent a great deal of time instructing her on all the features of the car. Since we were turning in a Honda from the prior lease, and we live in Westport, Kevin arranged for us to bring it the Westport Honda who took care of the turn-in very smoothly and without incident. Kevin even drove down to Westport to pick us up at Honda, and to bring us to MIlford to get the Outback. Overall we couldn't be more pleased at the courtesy, friendliness and the feeling that Kevin was genuinely concerned for our needs. I already recommended and will continue to recommend Dan Perkins Milford, and Kevin and Mike specifically to our friends.

    Bob was great with handling every situation that came our way. He offered multiple solutions to every situation that came up (our luck is if something can go wrong, it will). He helped us make an informed decision and explained everything thoroughly. Our car buying experience was one where we felt we were being helped, not "sold on a product or service." I would definitely recommend Dan Perkins Subaru to my friends and family and ASK FOR BOB!

    Bob Oshrin, our salesman & primary contact, took the necessary time to explain all aspects of leasing the car. He showed great patience. I don't recall everyone's name but had an interesting chat with a fellow whose folks came from Portugal, as well as another warm conversation with George...about his sons. Clearly these 3 men enjoy their customer interactions. And, they process the paperwork rapidly as well. In a few weeks or months I'll let you know my thoughts about the 2018 Forester.

    I emailed the dealership from the Cars.com website asking two specific questions. I first received the automatic response email saying someone will contact me shortly. I then received an automatic email from one salesman's email address with a canned email reply from a different person. I responded to that email with my two original questions. I received another impersonal automatic canned email the next day asking if all of my questions were being answered, when in fact NONE of my questions were even being addressed. I responded yet again with my questions and never received a response. I also found it interesting that one of the two salesmen that I emailed had a title of "Internet Sales and Leasing Manager" in one of the emails and then "Sales Consultant" in the other. These were taken directly from his email signature within a 24 hour period. I was really interested in the car they had because I can't find it's match in all of New England. I now have to request a car with the same options to be specifically built and shipped because this dealer couldn't take the time to personally respond to my emails.

    I Bought my 6th Subaru from Bob Oshrin. This is is a Subaru Legacy 2.5i Premium . As I Have bought all 6 from Bob, and at DanPerkins Subaru. I can't Say Enough How helpful and Caring Bob is with me. He stands with me through the sale and after . I Fully Trust Bob and He makes me feel like Family. I will all ways return to Bob when Buying a New car. And I will all ways Recommend Him to all I meet, Family and Friends included. I see how Bob puts me first in helping me and making my New car the Best it can be. Its Hard to find really Great SalesPerson, and I can Fully say Bob exceeds all I have ever known.     I purchased a new Forester from Dan Perkins because of the positive response I received from salesmen Drew Furtado. He is very personable and quickly offered up details and a test drive. All the way from my initial visit through to the end everything went smoothly. The support staff, George, in finance, and Gabriell for Starlink were all good. This was in contrast to the negative reception I got from Premier Subaru Branford. Their confrontational sales personnel were a turn off.

    I traded in my 2010 Legacy, which I bought from Dan Perkins Subaru, for a 2017 Outback, Touring Edition. The dealership is great, and the sales associates are the best. I worked with Bob Oshrin on this occasion. Bob is a great guy, and salesman. He was very attentive, and helped me find exactly what I wanted. I also worked with Finance Manager, George Irizzay. George is very good at what he does.
