I would not buy a bicycle from them. I've learned my lesson. If i had been given a carfax, which a lot of dealers give you, i would never have bought... this car.
On the first day I travelled 60+ miles from MA. to view the advertised used SUV. The price was reasonable but then found out it had an added $500 conveyance... fee on the price. I signed initial pre-purchase paperwork & returned home to obtain a car loan at the bank that day. Upon returning for the purchase appointment the next day, I was suddenly told the dealership didn't have the new vehicle's title as yet. I wrongly figured it would be a very brief 2-3 day delay, so I proceeded with the purchase, and received a moderate price for my SUV trade-in. While driving the vehicle back to MA. on Route 395, when it got dark I discovered the right front low beam headlight & rear plate light were out. I was offered a nice loaner vehicle 3 days later, since I couldn't legally drive the SUV in MA. until subsequently registered, however initially the salesman asked me to allow his delivery driver to drive my new truck under my insurance, and not registered, back the 60+ miles to the dealership in CT. for transportation, after dropping off the loaner car. I quickly advised him that was out of the question. I was unable to drive my unregistered and untitled vehicle for 13 days, waiting for the title to be obtained & the truck to be properly registered & insured in MA.. My phone call and Email to the dealership manager asking for her assistance in possibly expediting the title issue, and maybe refunding me the $500 conveyance fee in light of the extended inconvenience and aggravation, were totally ignored. It was apparent that customer satisfaction and concerns were not a priority at this dealership. On the final day when I was promised the vehicle plates and registration would be delivered at my house at 10 AM, nobody showed up or called. After having to call 3 different times that day, they were finally delivered at 5 PM. There seemed to be no accountability. In fairness, I did receive a reasonable price on the SUV I purchased, however the inconvenience, apathy, and aggravation with the 13 day delay greatly detracted from the buying experience and service.
Great experience. The no haggle policy makes everything stress free.

Had some extensive body work done at this location. They did exceptional work way beyond our expectations. When the vehicle was returned to us it was washed... and cleaned inside and out spotlessly. We highly recommend Grossmans for any type of vehicle damage.

Radio is in but a couple things still don't work right. But she has a radio. Tuner may be a no go. Can't get it to recognize the ad card when you go to... load a tune. Waiting on a call back

I purchased a fiat 500 convertible from Grossman Chevrolet. Even though this is not a car they sell new the experance was like is. Car needed a navigation... unit that was a extra and not there. Mike Vicino went way out of his way to make it right. Then even gave me touch up paint for the car for free I would recommend the Grossman dealership for a car Because its not just about the price,its about the service!!! Peter C

Had been searching on Cars.com for a sporty used car at a reasonable price. Located a 2004 CHRYSLER Crossfire Coupe (a car that I had immediately fallen... in love with when it was first introduced by Daimler-Chrysler) at Grossman Nissan in Old Saybrook, Connecticut. Not wanting to miss out on the opportunity to make it my own, I drove down from Rhode Island later that very same day and met with Erika, who accompanied me on a test drive of the vehicle. The car was a joy to drive and my sales consultant really new her stuff. So, I made a down-payment on the spot and took delivery of "my pride and joy" a few days later. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend Grossman Chevrolet-Nissan to anyone looking for a good, honest deal on a new or used car!
