    Joyce Scarlett was amazing! She found the exact car we wanted and had it delivered to the dealership within a day. I filled out the financing paperwork online and only had to go to the dealership to pick up the car! Also, while having simoniz put on the car they provided us a ride to a restaurant for lunch and picked us up, amazing customer service!

    My experience with Westbrook Toyota has been AWFUL! I just purchased a brand new 2016 highlander. I thought I was happy with the car until... my GPS sent me to the wrong address, making me late for an event. I would have used my GPS on my phone, however I can't use the USB port to charge my phone because it actually drains my phone battery. YES, that is correct... The USB port actually drains my phone battery life instead of charging it or maintaining the charge. They have looked at it, replace it once and still it doesn't work. BUT yet, the loaner car they gave me, charges my phone to 100%. I mean, what is going on? I bought a brand new car,, thinking I could use the features that were described to me when I bought it, only for the dealership to tell me that I will need to buy an adapter to plug into the power outlet in the highlander and that I should really type in the address of all of the places I want to get to. That I can't rely on typing in the names of the places I want to go to. Get REAL! this is ridiculous. My old school garmin, which has never been updated can send me to the correct address, but my brand new highlander's GPS can't. As far as the service goes, well... I have had my car into the dealership 3 times in the last 3 months. 2 times in the last week and a half. They told me the software needed updated. So they did that and still my GPS and USB port aren't working correctly. They took my car from me on a Thursday morning at 8:00 A.M., I never heard back from them the rest of the day Thursday, I never heard back from then on Friday... Until I called them. That to me is just POOR Customer Service. When I did speak to someone on that Friday, they told me they would need to keep it over the weekend to do some more tests and that I would receive a phone call Monday. Well guess what? I didn't get a phone call until 5:17 P.M. from someone who was heading out the door and to give a call back on Tuesday. They claimed they were open until 7:30 on Monday, but wouldn't be available after 5:30. After all said and done, customer service people have told me they can't do anything for me or my car and that I can' file a complaint with Toyota if I want to. So it looks like that is what I am going to do. BUT I wanted to get it out there, the poor service I have received and make it known, don't buy a highlander!!! Some of the features might not work correctly.

    The dealership presented very well. Joyce Scarlet, our salesperson, is very professional, courteous, and was sensitive to our questions. She made us quite comfortable and is an easy person with whom to work. The sales manager also was very nice. We were greeted at the door on our way in by other associates which made a positive impression. Joyce certainly made the biggest impression on us. We just can't say enough about her valued assistance I would very much like to meet the owner of the dealership to offer feedback in person. Thank you for a wonderful experience.     Was able to get appointment same day as my call. I appreciated that the service department installed my new CT license plates as n/c and advised me that I should get 4 new tires, if not the day of the visit certainly before cold winter sets in.
