Ladies in scheduling were very easy to work with to schedule an appointment. Dan greeted me with a smile and listened to my concerns, to my Jeep into bay. He wood come into waiting area giving me an update. When work was done, he explained everything and also advised what else should be addressed in the future. Both Dan and Mike Falcioni are both very knowledgeable and always very helpful to me. Being a client since 2007 that alone shows that Executive is an excellent place to have work done. I'm disappointed that two dents and scratches were done
I'm disappointed that two dents and scratches were done to the rear door sill/jamb. Most likely done when installing the rear seat. I have a photo. Otherwise the work was done very well.

Once I get that warranty info I will buy it from Dexter. I also have that windshield star. I would even be happy if they can fill it but I need it addressed so it doesn't spread. Thank you guy's! Go see Dennis and Mark if you want a jeep! Krystal was a huge help too lol 😆!
