It took three weeks to even get a diagnosis, without a

It took three weeks to even get a diagnosis, without a loaner even made available. One week after being told everything would be covered under warranty, I was asked to contribute $7,000 as the repair sequence caused a covered job to become my responsibility? A major drive component (front drive motoer) in an electric vehicle failed, and somehow that's not a covered component. Or maybe that's only the case if it's done out of sequence? I would avoid this dealership. The sales team seems fine, but the service department is unscrupulous and unhelpful.
