As always a great service experience, went in for oil...

As always a great service experience, went in for oil change,tire rotation and inspection for trip. Met with asst service manager Frank Nash, got me in quickly,great conversation, talked to the tech (Forgot his name) really nice young man, he did the job, Frank came to talk after inspection and vehicle definitely, needed new wiper blades which they replaced. thing about Toyota's in general they don't need a lot of service, however if you maintain them, the vehicles last. Oaklawn Toyota maintained my 2002 Rav4 we got over 245,000 miles on it before we sold it to but this 2020 rav4 hybrid,and we bought in from oaklawn Toyota. The service manager Juan Vasquez even came out of his office to give a friendly greeting and making sure vehicle was being taken care of. You can buy a vehicle anywhere but we always get a fair price and great service that is why Oaklawn Toyota is our go to place. Would highly recommend, if your looking for honesty, competence, and techs that know what they are doing this is the place to go! Thank you Oaklawn toyota!!

This is the best experience I have Ever had buying a car. There was no pressure and they couldn’t be nicer. We got a wonderful deal and was extremely happy with the car we purchased. I was looking for a 4Runner TRD PRO. Liz and Steve were upfront and honest about the price and lead time. They did not attempt to over charge me for the vehicle as many dealers would have. They both kept great communication with detailed updates. Steve made personal assurance that the truck had all the options that I wanted. When I came to pick the car up they had it all cleaned and ready to go. There was no uncomfortable pressure for extra services and the finance agent was very straight forward and friendly. They all did a truly exceptional job!

I had a great experience I am a first time Toyota owner. Excellent service with sales and finance. I came in with my husband for buy back and bought a newly used car for my self instead.

Courteous. Keeps you informed about repairs while waiting. But after completion my car still was not completely fixed . car rattles, etc. Will have to return to get bluetooth fixed. Calls keep dropping

I've said it already No good .I took My 4runner in for maintenance, and they did nothing. Told me that my car was finish.
