Polite. I wish they would have inspected the car before doing some of the minor work. The car needed new brakes and I would have postponed the minor work (filter change, etc) had I known this.

There were very helpful and friendly and they do the best work! Not gonna lie,$611 just for front brakes was insane but other than that, the best!

Very courteous & helpful. Got my car done promptly. Offered to give me a ride to work, but I wanted to walk. I will take them up on that offer this winter. Everything clean which I appreciated. So pleasantly surprised at how friendly people were
