    I was a first time shopper at Harte Nissan, and my salesman was Scott MacDonald. I could not say enough about the hospitality I was shown, nor could I rant enough about Scott. He gave us his cell phone number, and I even called him with a question when he was not at work. He was absolutely the best. I would highly recommend this dealership, and this salesperson to any friends, family, etc. Thank you

    I made an appointment to dest drive a car they have had for a few weeks. I drove over an hour to get there. When I got to the lot, the car was in a different location than they said and they werent sure if it would be "ready". Even though they were very specific about making the appointment time for 12. The car rolls in around 12:45. The car had deep scratches on every single panel through the clear coat. parts of trim were missing. The tires were so bald that the cords were showing. The rear view mirror was missing. And this was a 4 year old car with only 40k miles. It was already over priced 1500$ from good condition and they said they "may be able to take 500$" off. The rear end was in an accident and it was resprayed with dropping paint on the rear quarter. The pictures online were edited or strategically taken so scratches were not seen. I will never go back to this dealer.

    I purchased brand new 2016 Rogue with free tires for life. The salesperson told me there would be less maintenance than the Versa I had. I don't think they honestly expect to honor that free tires for life because the maintenance they expect u to get is outrageously high. It all feels like a scam.

    My 80 year old mother brought her 2016 Rogue with 8,800 miles in for an oil change to Harte Nissan Hartford. When there she was pressured to have her 10,000 mile service done and to have a "brake flush" done. A brake flush at 8,800 miles?? Absolutely ridiculous. There is no need to do a brake flush until at least 40,000 miles +, much less at 8,800. Regardless of what Nissan recommends. Nissan is obviously in the business of ripping off 80 year old women who just want to have their oil changed. Harte's response was that she agreed to the service being done. What a surprise.... When you tried to frighten an 80 year old into an unnecessary service, she agreed. The complete xxxxxxx Sylvester recommended by phone when I called that maybe next time I should come to make sure it didn't happen. Here's an idea, Sylvester.... Maybe you should not make it necessary to protect 80 year old women from over aggressive service staff who want to add on 133.99 to an oil change to change brake fluid that has no need to be changed for at least 30k more miles. Classic dealer service department that will do nothing to rectify predatory sales tactics against senior citizens. They should have credited the brake flush, instead Sylvester the xxxxxxx made sure to tell me that Nissan makes everyone sign off on service, whether they understand or not, so that they won't be reliable for credit card charge backs. Perfect. Great service Harte. I'm sure this is just business as usual.

    I have been dealing with Harte Nissan for many years, and I can tell you that they have always been honest and trustworthy. They strive to give me the best deal possible on the car that I want and don't stop until I'm completely satisfied. Their service department is absolutely top-notch, and they never try to sell you any service you don't need, but will gently remind you of upcoming recommended service that should be done. However, the choice is always left up to you. Also, their waiting area has excellent coffee and snacks, and movies are always playing on the wide-screen TV. Free wifi too!! Mike V. is outstanding in the sales department, and Vic P. is super in service.

    Would totally recommend Adis, He answered all our questions . He was not pushy, and made our experience very relaxed. I was very shocked at how fast they were with the paperwork. There was no going back and fourth like that typical dealer. I would recommend Adis to anyone. Very down to earth nice person. Melissa Evans.
