First GREAT Impression

I must say I was REALLY IMPRESS with this car buying experience! This is the 4th time I bought a car & this time was the best! Henley was a pleasure to work with & he worked hard to get me close to my budget in spite of trade situation. George Harte in West Haven is definitely at the top of my list next time I'm in business for another car!

1st Experience was so good went for 2nd Time in under a year

This was my 2nd time visiting George Harte Infiniti. Our first experience was in March when we were looking for a used SUV for my wife. We met Henley there and he was very attentive to our needs. He got us the best deal possible with a car that was beyond our expectations for the cost. Igor and Mike the guys who work the finance were very professional and explained everything to us very clearly. Needless to say my wife and I are expecting a 3rd child next year and now needed to upgrade to a 3 row SUV. Since we were so happy with the first car and experience we went right back to Henley at George Harte. This experience was even better than the last. Everyone remembered us and were very fast at helping us find the car that suited our needs. We got a beautiful QX60 at the best possible price. They had the color we needed and within 2 visits we drove away with our new car. Henley will be seeing us again next year for turn in car. He has extensive knowledge of all the vehicles there and will help you make the best decision for you and your family.

Great experience!

I purchased a Q50 this week and have not had a better car buying/shopping experience than I did at George Harte. The salesman I dealt with Matt, was definitely not your typical car salesman. He applied no pressure to buy, gave me all the pros and cons and was just a straight shooter in general. George Harte has my business for any car I buy in the future. Ask for Matt Frattaroli!!!

Make it work!

Recently I had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle QX 60 from George Harte Infiniti. I was particularly pleased with my salesman, Henley. I did most of the part on phone and he sent me pictures, Video etc. He was extremely pleasant to deal with, very customer oriented and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. There were some opps moments and we had to stay late but all works well and worthy.I appreciated his patience and did not feel pressured. He followed up after the sale to make sure everything was going well. I would highly recommend Henley.

Excellent Experience

We recently test drove the Infiniti QX60 at George Harte Infiniti. Matt Frattaroli was very knowledgeable about the car and helped us throughout the entire process - he even let me take the car home for the weekend to see if I liked it! We ultimately decided to go in a different direction, but Matt made sure to follow up (but not harass!) to make sure everything was taken care of, down to personally returning something that I left in the car from the weekend. I cannot recommend this dealership, especially, Matt, enough!

Miracle!!!!!

This is my 6th at, and this has been by far the BEST car buying experience that I have ever experienced. Not only were they ( Carlos and Anyhony) extremely generous but they were also very courteous to my wife and I... This birthday present (car) was definitely a miracle!!!!!

Fast reliable and honest service

Car was towed to west haven infiniti @1pm and done before i had ti leave for work @3pm George was professional and honest. He definitely knows his Infinitis when it comes to repairs.

Best Overall Experience!

Respect, Honesty, Care, Informative, Professional, Friendly and dedication is what I experienced as a first time customer at George Harte Infinity. ALL the staff made my experience the way EVERYONE should experience when buying a car. A special thanks to Edward Mayzler, who answered all and I mean ALL of my detailed questions, to Michael Porreca who seamlessly handled all of the financials and did not 'push' any extended warranties at me....he simply made suggestions, to George Blackwell who graciously introduced himself as my own personal service manager, to Igor and John whom exuded professionalism in the whole negotiating process. Kudos to the entire team for your commitment to serving on a level I have never experienced with other dealerships! I think I've made new friends!! And OH - I LOVE MY FX35!!! Best customer service

My daughter and I were from out of state, with a flat tire in need of repair, and in a hurry. The asst. service manage, George, went above and beyond to get us back on our way. Thanks again!
