    I took my car there because the latch that releases back seat so that it could fold down wasn't working on one side. I took it there because I figured it wouldn't cost me much since it wasn't a big job. It's just a handle/latch that needed to be "looked at". They told me that they have a $149/hr diagnostic fee but if it was under an hour I wouldn't have to pay the full amount and also a free carwash, so I signed off on it. Bad Idea...Now the facility was spotless and their staff was friendly and courteous, I can't take away from them. The problem that I had was that I sat around for exactly an hour for them to come and tell me that I "need a new latch/lever" and that for parts and labor the price would be $540. I declined their services and went home and googled my exact problem and realized that the latch was simply unhooked. A problem I fixed by myself in about 5-7mins, yet they were ready to charge me $540+tax to fix something that just needed to be reattached. I was upset that I had to pay $149 ($161.06 after taxes) for them to look at my car for an hour and for a car wash...Never again will I ever...COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME ANDMONEY6

    I walked into Harte Infiniti not thinking much would come out of it - however, Henley and Igor worked their butts off to help me get a good deal and get me in the car I wanted to be in so badly! Not only did they work with me, but Henley was very knowledgeable about the car. The dealership was super busy when I walked in, but they were repeatedly apologetic for making me wait and made me feel like my time was super valuable to them. They were such a pleasure to work with (friendly and polite) and despite my repeated requests, maintained their composure and stayed so patient with me. I'd recommend Henley to anyone, as well as Igor! Thanks again guys - go see these men!

    I went on the car lot and wad just strolling just to take a peek of the Infiniti line up then came this sales rep. who was very polite well groomed and began taking me thru the specs... I was overwhelmed by his expertise guidance and knowledge. The next day I was back for the car of like which I still drives today. I have no regrets of owning/driving The Infiniti G37X it's a beauty.     I recently purchased a pre-owned Q50 from Edward Mayzler at Harte Infiniti in Wallingford. Everything was first class all the way. Edward is very personable and dealing with him was a pleasure. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and explained in detail how everything works in the car. He worked with me in getting what I needed while making sure that I stayed within my monthly budget. He goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable and did everything he said he would do and got me into the car I wanted. The process was very smooth and he got everything done very quickly. I highly recommended him to all my friends and family.

    So i went to this dealership (George Harte INFINITI of Wallingford to get a new key for my 2014 QX60, the service adviser said it will cost $150, then after the job was done, he handed me bill for $359!!!! this was not what i was told... the service adviser was in a rush and didn't have enough time for the customers!!! I expected them to deal in a professional way with customers but that wasn't the case! I would never recommend this place to anyone!!

    I would recommend coming to this dealership George Harte Infinity. Henley Germain was my sales person. He made sure I got what I requested. He was very honest and upfront. The finance team was awesome they took all the time and effort needed to make sure I got a deal that fit in my budget. It wasn't just about the sale they made sure I was comfortable.
