    I could not ask for a better experience on my first service visit with my new car. From the time i arrived , until I picked back up. Top notch staff and very helpful and friendly . Carl was my advisor and his professionalism was great . I highly reccomend bmw of Bridgeport to anyone looking to get their Bmw serviced or even looking to purchase a vehicle

    I was shopping for an X5 for a few months, I did my homework and finally settled on the options I felt were a must. I Did a search and found one 5 hrs away in Maryland that fit the bill, negotiated the deal to the 1 yard line over the phone and email. I then Drove to BMW of Bridgeport (had a very similar X5 but 20 min. Away! I figured if they would come close why drive 5hrs) Walked in and meet Vincent Ruocco, my sales rep. We sat down i told him the deal i had on the table and was very up front with him. In return i was very pleased to get an honest straight forward sales guy. He spoke with who he needed to and came back with a price i couldnt refuse, the first time no back and forths! I never had to ask once if thats the best you could do, it was a great deal and a very transparent deal too. Vincent was great in every way I never felt pressured it was a great experience all the way around. THANKS VINCENT for everything, I would recommend to anyone in the market for a BMW go to BMW of Bridgeport and ask for Vincent!!

    I had a very positive experience at BMW of Bridgeport. My advisor, Ramon Felix was a pleasure to work with, knowledgeable about the car, and very attentive. He went above and beyond! Victoria Warner the business Manager was very accommodating and made the process extremely smooth! A few days after I took delivery of my new car there was a gas smell and I brought the car in. The first class service from Carl Decarvalho and the entire service team was very refreshing! They had the car fixed and back to me within 24 hours!

    We have purchased two vehicles from these people. The can't we nice and helpful enough when they are taking your money BUT if you have any issues that need to be resolved you can expect an attitude the very best that you are bothering them and more typically, rude, arrogant, and unhelpful. Having gone through half a dozen people during this last episode that kept turning me over to someone else that could help. Clearly nobody wanted to be bothered and shuffled me off to the next guy who and on and on.

    Be careful when you buy a used car from this dealership. I recently purchased a used 2012 Porsche Boxster. While this dealer represented that all of the appropriate safety checks had been done on the DMV form, it turns out the rear brakes were worn down to the sensors. When I contacted my salesman and then the general manager, I received no response. I will be filing a complaint with the DMV and go from there.

    I recently took delivery of my fifth vehicle from BMW of Bridgeport and the entire process, from beginning to end, surpassed all of my expectations. Their commitment to the highest level of attention and service transcends even their own mission statement - an unpretentious, no-pressure, car buying experience with people who truly care about putting you in a vehicle that best suits your lifestyle, personality, and budget, David Baylis has been my client advisor for each of my vehicles and he is truly an absolute pleasure......always responsive, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the brand. David is a passionate BMW enthusiast and his ownership of several different BMW's really adds incredible value when I want his perspective on which model best suits my own passion for exhilarating performance. David's enthusiasm, combined with his sensitivity to the wants and needs of his customers, ensures a pleasant and memorable purchase experience. However, my most recent purchase really touched my heart. The anticipation and excitement for my very first ///M car was met with the same enthusiasm from each person that took part in my delivery.     From the moment I walked into BMW of Bridgeport, I was met and given 5 star service by my Client Advisor (Vincent Ruocco) and his sales manager (Tony Ferreone). Vincent made the sales process as seamless as possible. Moreover, his level of knowledge about the product line is 2nd to none. Compared to other dealerships in lower Fairfield County (which I shall NOT name), the staff here truly care about the customer and his/her needs. In addition, Anthony Dominicus & Mike Liberatore are the ultimate professionals and do their jobs with with the highest level of integrity. Keep up the great work gentlemen and I look forward to doing continued business in the coming years!
