What I liked about my experience with Honda of Watertown was that the salesman was very knowledgeable about the vehicle that I was purchasing. I hate shopping... at a business establishment where the sales staff has poor product knowledge. Product knowledge is very important for the retailer, especially automobiles. They have so much technology. I like dealing with a sales associate who knows what he, or she is talking about in regards to the product the person is purchasing.
