    4/6/17 I brought my Honda in for the 1st time. In the drive up service I was greeted by Anthony who was so nice. In the service waiting area I was helped by Ramon and Stephanie who both made my day because they were so helpful and kind. I met Carol who is a blessing .Carol you are the BEST! I spoke to the service manager Reuben who was so understanding and reallly listened to me. He made me feel that he really cares and would go the extra mile to make customers happy!Thankyou Reuben you are a real asset to Watertown Honda!Thankyou to who serviced my car I was in and out in 45min.Thankyou to all in the service area for a pleasant experience!

    Welcome feeling place. It was clean and the sales people were all well dressed. They did not wear a golf sheet but all had shirt and ties on so was very professional. We look at other dealers and cars and they all wore gold shirts. One place had ball caps on with matching t-shirts. Really?? best of all NO PRESSURE!!!! Love that about Honda of Watertown.
