    Purchased a certified 2013 Sienna Limited from this dealer 14 months ago. I was an out of state buyer so was a little worried the price we agreed on email and for which I left a credit card deposit for before even seeing the car in person would suddenly increase once I made the 2.5 hour drive from NY. The dealer even gave me a trade in price for my very old Toyota over the phone before even seeing it which was great. They did make a pitch for me to buy the extended warranty when I was filling out the paperwork- they were not pushy by any means. I purchased the warranty and have no regrets. The headsets and remote control were in really bad shape and they said they would ship a new one to my house. I didn't even ask for new headsets and remote- when they took a close look at it they decided to buy me a new one- now that is great customer service. They also said they would replace a DVD volume knob in the third row - I never did get this but it is all my fault as I never followed up but have no doubt they would have sent it to my home if I called. THIS REVIEW IS WRITTEN FOR THE BENEFIT OF OUT OF STATE BUYERS - trust this dealer, there is no funny business going on here.

    As our lease was ending, I was dreading going through the process of changing to a new car or buying out our old. Brian Wilcox, our sales consultant, made the transition so easy and we are thrilled to be in my husband's dream car at the monthly payment we were looking for. We will definitely be using him when my car needs updating and would highly recommend him to my friends! Also, Howard, in the business office, helped make the process of signing and quick and easy. Altogether a truly exceptional experience!
