Good experience

I’m normally hesitant to bring a car to a dealer for repair because they normally hammer you with a huge bill. I brought my 2009 CRV in because they AC was blowing only hot air. When they told me it was only a switch and that the repair was under $100 I was in shock, (happy shock). Coupled with the fact that everyone involved, girl who set up the appt on the phone, and Marcus the service associate, were all so friendly, made it a positive experience.

Great service. Marcus Little was polite and friendly. Very thorough. Explained in detail what the shop had discovered and what was done to correct the issue. Very pleased!

Honda

Bring a friend, I didn't, and I wish I had. Single women alone are OK if they are car aficionados. There are no female sales persons.

Ready to go!

My car has 200,000 miles on it and has been so dependable. I wanted to know if it was up to a long road trip. They checked it out, made a small repair and said the car could make it. I trust these guys.

Great service and good people. Overall great experience. Fair price and honest, my service was fully explained in addition other needs for the car and how to proceed with prioritizing each need.
