BMW of Darien

The sales dept at bmw of Darien is great. I have to highly acknowledge Steve Koslowski for his care and kindness when I purchased my car sometime ago. I live in n.j. And the only reason I come to bmw of Darien is because of his great expertise and know I am in good hands. I highly recommend Steve Koslowski to anyone who is in the market for a new vehicle. As for the service dept and service advisors at the Dealership, they are pitiful and arrogant. I would not use them for my future service needs.

We had the best experience working with Tyler Orban to buy our new car! It was our first time buying on our own and felt like we were in the best hands possible. Tyler was so knowledgable, honest and trustworthy. He didn't rush us, he was so patient and positive! Ardit Shabi, too, was so nice to speak to about financing options and features. He was able to answer all of our questions and made us feel taken care of. Overall, it was such a great experience from test drive to final pickup of our new car. We are so glad we went with BMW of Darien and have peace of mind knowing we'll be able to work with them in the future!

Words can’t express how grateful I am to have worked with Elie on purchasing my X3. My BMW X4 was in for unscheduled service. I spoke with the Service Manger a few times, but his ongoing attention to this matter, including his follow-up explanations when I picked up the car after the service, was above and beyond what I would expect.
