Well organized process to drop off or pick up car for service. Fantastic service advisor! Low pressure and very knowledgeable sales staff. Great location and beautiful show room.

I was told I had service for 36,000 miles. I only have 10,000. Because of covid I have low mileage. Beverly my sales person fail to tell expiration was 2/22. Frank was awesome. I extended it but BMW should give me what covid took from my service agreement.

Excellent customer service. Everyone was attentive to customers needs from the minute you walked in the door. Walking into the dealership for a woman immediately causes anxiety and uncertainty but my advisor Anthony was professional polite and listened to my concerns allowing me to feel comfortable and at ease. I truly appreciate his efforts and others who helped to arrange transportation for me to get to and from my home because the car had to have service longer than expected. It was a very smooth process from beginning to end. I am confident that I will continue to use BMW DARIEN for my future services and new car purchase.

All went well except at pick-up. Dealership noticed scuffing on all four loaner wheels which it did not pick up at initial inspection. This was elevated to its Senior Manager and the Dealer concluded it was their oversight and I was not responsible (I wasn’t…). Nevertheless, because of dealer oversight at the initial loaner inspection (with no video), I was put through an upsetting experience.

Service was great and the porter service was particularly fantastic - made it easy to get the service done without needing to call an Uber or sit around the dealership waiting.

Service advisor was very responsive. I was happy with the work performed. The whole process was very efficient.
