This was my 5th car lease from Penske in Greenwich. Without a doubt, this was the BEST experience I have had. Gilbert helped me from the first day. He was patient even when I lost out on two cars. On delivery day he sat with me in the car for 1 hour or more explaining how the car worked. I had never had this before. It was always a pain and I always felt I wasn’t getting a good deal and NEVER had any explanation of any of the 4 previous cars. I highly recommend Gilbert Castillon. He is not in a rush. He knows his cars inside and out. And most importantly, he is genuinely a nice guy and wants you to get a good deal and walk away happy.
