I already knew what I wanted and what type of service I desired; however, Louis, Josh and Anthony blew those expectations out of the water and made my
first dealership experience one loving memory!! Josh accomodated the test drive to my busy schedule and was very helpful introducing me to LexiAnn (my new 2014 RX 350) and making me comfortable with it. It felt as if she was already mine! The same night, Josh and Louis took care of the preliminary paperwork and I was done and taken care of within an hour of walking into the dealership. Louis was very transparent and conscise about the deal, making me feel very at ease with my decision! Three days later I went back to the dealership to find LexiAnn all packaged up with 'the big red bow' waiting for me to take it home. Before then, Anthony took me through the finance terms and final papers to sign; he certainly contributed to my peace of mind with his experience and his very well-received suggestions. Then Josh gave me a very thorough grand tour of all functionalities of the vehicle. Overall, I am just beyond thankful to Louis, Josh, Anthony, and Lexus of Greenwich for being the loving instruments that played key parts in one of my most memorable life experiences! I feel very honored to be part of this family now!!

The dealership went above and beyond my expectations to resolve this for me.They assured me that they wanted to make me feel my business is valued! I have serious doubts about the quality of service provided by this dealership. I purchased a LEXUS LX 470 in 2000 and the driver side mirror did n
ot open/close correctly from the start. It was very intermittent but i had taken the car in on three separate occasions to have the issue addressed. All service did was replace the fuse each time but the problem continued. i let the issue go since it only happened once a month and not worth the effort to continue to bring the car in. Fast forward several years and now the mirror stopped working altogether but now that the issue was no longer warrantied the dealership immediately replaced the mirror for $1100. Apologies for the history but now in May 2016 i brought the car in for a 90k check along with some engine check light issues and a grinding sound on acceleration. The oxygen sensors needed to be replaced along with the center exhaust and thermostat. A $5000 cost but no real problem since the car was due and needed the service. The issue i have is 3 months later in Aug 2016 the steering became sluggish and making grinding sounds. When i checked the power steering fluid it was near empty along with low suspension fluid and empty coolant. I would have expected at the 90K service all these levels to be checked and in working order. Then these past two weeks in Aug the ABS and VSC/TRAC lights are now coming on and the brakes started engaging while driving the car. A very serious situation which causes unpredictable behavior and potential loss of control while driving. I called this dealership to report the issue. They kindly took down my information as i raised concern about the recent visit and lack of fluid levels and the more recent ABS VSC issues. I needed to bring the car in immediately for some service but required a loaner as i live 40 minutes away. The dealership could not provide a loaner and said i would need to wait a week if the loaner was required. Needless to say i declined the offer and called another Lexus dealership that invited me in immediately and provided a loaner.
