Al Alphonse was very helpful and informative about the

Al Alphonse was very helpful and informative about the Prius. He made the experience seamless and never applied the pressure. The price was very very reasonable. I would certainly look to purchase or lease from this dealer again.

The GM uses the “new” cars for his personal use.

The GM uses the “new” cars for his personal use. I showed up for my scheduled test drive and his dry cleaning, gym bag and umbrella were still in the car. It also now had 500 miles on it. When I complained he made an excuse that it had 200 miles on it when they got it, so he “only” put 300 on it. This dealership also claimed that all their vehicles already have the scam Nitro fill ($399), so it can’t be declined. They also claimed the $995 special glass coat was also already done, so no option to decline. Their tradein quote was based on worst possible condition despite my vehicle being in perfect shape. As I was about to head to the bank for a check, they called me back in to claim the sales tax had been miscalculated because they “forgot” to use the “luxury tax” rate. Then they miscalculated that as well. While we really liked our sales guy, I don’t trust this dealership and am glad that I won’t have to buy another car for a long time because they are not honest. The GM apparently has had complaints about his “borrowing” habit, yet continues. Would you eat at a restaurant where the chef has eaten off your plate? I will never return to this dealership and use a different one for my warranty maintenance.

Christian did an outstanding job throughout the entire

Christian did an outstanding job throughout the entire sales and delivery process. He was very efficient and always displayed a very positive attitude. He was extremely knowledgeable about our new Camry. Christian explained everything in simple terms making sure that I understood the extensive features of the new car. This was my third consecutive lease of a Camry and everything went smoothly. It was a pleasure working with him.

We bought a 2022 used Toyota Prius from Christian. He was very through in his understanding of the car and the warranties it came with. It was a seemless transaction. The car was detailed perfectly and filled up with gas when I came to pick it up. Would go there again.

Was well taken care of from the moment I walked through

Was well taken care of from the moment I walked through the dealership door to the signing of contracts. Salesperson, Christian was knowledgeable and helpful. Finance person was also a huge help. Highly recommend.

Working with Christian Romaniello on a new Prius Prime

Working with Christian Romaniello on a new Prius Prime purchase was great! He was fast, efficient, on the ball, always available and responsive, and hustled to make sure the transaction closed smoothly. Really appreciated how available he was on all channels...never a delay on text, email, phone. I had very specific and somewhat hard-to-find features I was looking for, especially in a Prius Prime, and Christian worked with his sales team to track this down. Along the way he proactively flagged promotions and potential discount opportunities. This was a more complicated transaction because I was buying from out of state while moving, but Christian handled all these challenges to close the sale right on time without any hassle. He efficiently coordinated with the finance department on VSA. Would recommend working with Christian!
