    Just before taking a road trip my turbo blew on my 2012 Jetta Sportwagen with 3 days left on the powertrain warranty. My regular shop couldn't diagnose the issue on short notice and I had my car towed to Linden VW since they agreed to fit me in. They were able to look at it and properly diagnose the bad turbo late in the day. I was told they would order the parts and hopefully get into it Wednesday (I dropped off on a Monday). There were some gaps in communication and they finally started that Thursday, found out they needed another part. I was eventually given a loaner. The car was done Friday after not only replacing the turbo but also topping off fluids, replacing the coolant, changing the oil, and replacing a pipe feeding the engine where some gook-coated metal was found. It was quite the ordeal and an indeed complicated repair. With all things considered, I would definitely trust Linden VW Service for major repair work in the future!

    Sought this dealer because they had the exact vehicle I was looking for. Drove from MD to NJ and met Mike who was a great salesman. Everything was great until after I got back to MD. I realized that the temporary registration was only good for 20 days rather than the normal 30. This meant that the MVA and business processing needed to be very efficient. I phoned and emailed the dealership regarding my plates and was told "they'll be there". On the final day of the temporary registration, I received an email (not a call) stating that the dealership had under estimated the registration fees and needed me to pay additional monies before they would mail my plates. After calculating what the cost should have been, the dealer informed me that they used a "third party" titling company which issued their own fee. This was very upsetting and the dealer representative I spoke with was unsympathetic and curt. I do not think it was a coincidence that I was charged an additional fee on the last day of my temp tag while being out of state, where the dealer knew I could do nothing about it. Disappointment is an understatement; I really thought this was a stand up place, but clearly management prioritized maximum profit over customer satisfaction. If you are purchasing from out of state, shop elsewhere.

    I apologize that there were complications with the processing of your registration. By law, all out of state temporary registrations have a 20 day cap. As for the Motor Vehicle charges, we estimate all out of state fees at the time of sale. We do our best to accurately estimate, or even over estimate so there would be a small refund due once processed. That being said, it is concerning that you received less than stellar service from our dealership post sale. I will bring this review to the attention of my staff, to better develop our process in regards to the handling of out of state business.     This place is fantastic, you really can't compare it to any other dealership. Please go see Mike Ramirez and he'll go above and beyond with helping you through the toughest situation. I came in because I was in a tight spot with an old car and underwater on my loan. He said he would help me out and that I shouldn't have been discouraged. Two days later, I walk out with a brand new car and a phenomenal loan with a great monthly payment. Everywhere else turned me away. I'll be grateful to them forever. Al from the finance dept was excellent as well. Please go visit them.

    Wow After a rather distasteful experience at Union VW , I was not hopeful moving to another dealer. I was wrong. You and your staff (esp Larry and Jessica) went beyond what I would have expected, all for a spring! Larry was great, keeping me updated with the issues that were going on getting the spring, and kept me assured that my issue was being addressed. Once the spring arrived, Jessica was super helpful and did a great job of getting me set up and my car taken care of (The detailers were a whole other issue, I've never had my car look that good after a dealership detail. Their attention to detail was fantastic and bordered on excessively orderly). All in all a great experience, and I hope to do more business with this service department in the future. Thanks!!
