Very pleased

Just leased a 2020 RDX with salesperson Harry Jones. Love the vehicle and the service was awesome. I will definitely recommend Harry to friends and family!!

RDX 2020 Advace

We just recently purchased a 2020 RDX Advance from Harry Jones at DCH Acura. Harry provided exceptional service from moment we stepped into the dealership. He arranged a dealer trade for us to obtain the RDX in the color of our choice. On the day we arranged to pick up the car, Harry spent over an hour with us going through all of the features of our new purchase in the middle of a downpour! His service was excellent and we highly recommend him. Finance took some time but was overall straightforward.

Condescending attitude

Our experience was average overall with this dealership. We did a lease through internet department. We had issues with receiving permanent plates on time, so had been in touch with the staff at the dealership. After elevating our inquiry to the GSM Nitin B., we got a call back from the manager Robert W. What we got instead of a hint of empathy, was a bunch of condescending attitude. We literally spent less than 2 minutes on the phone and I got the following response from him --- "I am spending way too much time on this issue" and "let us put an end once and for all to this issue". That said, Nitin B. was excellent . Hence, overall rating is average.

I had a great experience with Walter Goldman.

Walter Goldman took the time to explain to me in detail what I needed to know about the car I was purchasing. Unlike most salesmen, he was very courteous and not pushy. He was patient, and even when I was late getting back to him as I promised, he told me to take my time and waited form me until I arrived. He went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied.

Re: Excellent Customer Service - Best Experience Ever

Richard Morales went above and beyond to meet my car needs. He assured that the experience was fast, fun and friendly! From beginning to end, he made sure that I was happy with the pricing, the vehicle and comfortable in my over all experience. The finance team was also Grade A. I have been to other dealerships in the past and DCH really made me think this is where I would like to continue from here forward. The experience was also professional, comfortable and very nice. It was not crazy or hectic. The people were HONEST and helpful. It really is an experience like no other. I will continue to go to DCH for many years to come and will recommend Richard and DCH to all those who need a car (new or used). IT WAS JUST FANTASTIC AND I LOVE MY CAR!!!

Always leaving happy and satisfied

I’ve been getting my vehicle serviced at DCH Montclair Acura for four years. It’s a really great place with great customer care and service. The sales department representative is also great that provides you with great guides on purchasing. When I purchased my new Acura TL I left filled with happiness and satisfaction.

Amazing and easy experience - Acura MDX

The team at Montclair Acura were simply amazing! Working with Nitin and Lora leasing my 2019 MDX was similar to ordering something from Amazon, I didn't know it could be that easy! Both were very professional and knowledgeable when communicating via over the phone and text. It was truly a positive experience for me and my family. I'm very picky when recommending services to friends and family and would not hesitate to recommend Montclair Acura. Thank you!
