6 months they can’t cancel my extentended warranty, I

6 months they can’t cancel my extentended warranty, I bought vehicle 05/05/24. George financial manager extremely pushed me extended warranty, unfortunately I accepted, but two days after the purchase I arrived to dealership and signed waiver to cancel the extended warranty, George not put date on the waiver and not canceled it, now I should call them many times every month and ask about the cancellation, it’s really hard to connect with somebody from financial department, sometimes someone call me back and say I will help you , I usually asking to send me updates to my email, but they don’t do that, I am completely disappointed and regretting about choosing the Caddillac Patrick dealership, looks like they don’t want to cancel it

Went in knowing what I wanted to test from their website Bought the CT5 sport the next day. I worked with Erin and she couldn’t be more fantastic!!! My entire experience was great !

Awful dealer.

Awful dealer. Salesperson erin was good. Finance guy was unprofessional and rude. Pushed and pushed buying an extended warranty and got mad when I would not buy it. 4 months later I still do Not have my title. Dealer refuses to help or call back. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Awful dealer.

Awful dealer. Erin in sales was great. Finance guy was rude and got mad when I would not buy an extended warranty. Never got my title in the mail called to talk to them been 2 days and empty promises I will get a call back and nothing. After your deal is done they don't car about people anymore. Such a disappointment. BUYER BEWARE STAY AWAY

I recently purchased a used car at Patrick Volvo.

I recently purchased a used car at Patrick Volvo. The staff was very inviting and worked with us to determine pricing that we both agreed on. The staff was professional and I felt no pressure at this dealership. Test drives were set up, the car was cleaned and looked like a new car. The purchase was easy and gratifying.

Our family has been loyal Patrick Cadillac customers for many years! This is my 6 SUV to date. Lease was up so I called the dealer to let them know I would be in soon. I was set up with Jesse Fakhoury when I walked in. We chatted briefly and got to work! I felt super comfortable with him from the minute I walked in as this was the first time my husband wasn’t able to join me. He showed me the two cars I was interested in and left to crunch the numbers. He got me the best price for my budget and I now have a beautiful new SUV! I bought my xT5 the end of may Jose olvera was out

I bought my xT5 the end of may Jose olvera was out second salesperson He took The time to hear what we were looking for issue, I may have had up with me a couple days and any new cars that possibly could’ve come in. He has been very helpful. I still ask him that’s the type of sales person. You should always have not too pushy, but more concerning service over I’ll go there again and recommend Cadillac and Schaumburg

Purchased a new 2024 XT6 and after 26 days the

Purchased a new 2024 XT6 and after 26 days the transmission blew. My car has been in the service dept. now for 26 days and they are still waiting on “parts”. The service dept said they have been having this problem with a lot of XT6s, so why did they sell me this vehicle or alert me of the possibility? One gentleman on the phone told me I would get a new transmission and when the car finally arrived they told me they’re just going to fix the transmission! Is this how Cadillac does business on a brand new car that has a major issue in 26 days. I always thought Cadillac was a quality car. I buy brand new cars so I don’t have to go through this problem of my car breaking down and being inconvenienced.

5 stars for Edward Gesualdo and 0 stars for the finance guy! Edward was attentive, genuine and a pleasure to work with! I will recommend him to anyone I know! The finance guy (apparently didn't want to remember his name I guess) basically called me stupid, well he actually did, for not purchasing the extended warranty. I get being a salesman, but the technique used was more of trying to belittle me and bully me into something I said 5 times I didn't want. Thank you Edward, if it wasn't for you I would have walked away from the purchase, they should be thankful for you!
