Tony greeted us when we arrived and was very

Tony greeted us when we arrived and was very knowledgeable and efficient. He took extra time to go over all the features of the car and helped get everything set up before we left. We had an excellent experience with Tony!

10am app.

10am app. Arrived on time, No one greated me. Three employees sat there on their phones not even looking up. Went to check in and the receptionist told me to get paperwork from one of the guys outside. Went back out and had one of the employees check me in. Left at 10;30. Called at 12:30. was put on hold. Told they would call me back. Called again at 1:30, was told the car would have to stay till 12 the next day. I told the service manager I'm coming down to pick the car up. Put on hold again. He came back to tell me their working on it and it would be finished by 4. Finally left at 5:30 with the car. This was warrantee work changing the front shorty brake lines. I'm a mechanic. This should take app. one hr to complete.

Buyer Beware!

Buyer Beware!! I purchased a 21 f150 from liccardi, I looked at the truck and decided to purchase it, before i left the lot the salesman took it to get gas and get cleaned up, when the salesman came back with my truck i jumped in it and took off right away cause i was there forever and wanted to get home, upon returning home i got out and looked at the truck, i noticed that the passenger side had some damage on it, like the salesman side swiped something, i immediately called and was assured that they weren't a little dealership and they would take care of it, so i scheduled to drive back (over an hour drive for me) and drop of my truck, i was called 3 weeks later and told it was ready, when i arrived i noticed that the dent and damage was still there it was just painted over, i brought it to the attention of the service manager and he told me that they weren't going to fix the damage and to sue them if i wanted to get it taken care of then i was told i wouldn't win if i sued them, so now I'm contacting the better business bureau and ford directly to open a claim!

Purchased a new F150 Lariat Hybrid on Friday, and our sales rep, Terrence Devlin, was great! Helpful, patient, answered all of my questions, and had the vehicle ready for me within hours to drive off the lot. I would highly recommend him if you're interested in purchasing a Ford or Lincoln! He and the dealership made it a terrific experience!

Worst service ever

Worst service ever. Will never take my car there again. Unprofessional agents. Liars and thieves. Took my car in for estimate on repairing the sun roof didn?t agree with the price they charged me 200 dollars to tell me what I already knew. Then gave me back my car with the lights on the mirrors and console not working. And they wouldn?t fix what they damaged the lights worked when I brought the car in. Careful people this is the worse place to bring your car. Think twice before you take your car to these people.

Buyers beware, shady sales practices!!

A $3,995 reconditioning fee added to the online advertised price of a vehicle. I've never heard of such a thing and embarrassingly I've purchased 40+ cars in the past. I recommend purchasing elsewhere.
