I sent an email during a Tour of Duty (Marines) in Afganistan and the Audi Sales Rep (Kiki Infante) was VERY HELPFUL! He was able to send me the paper...work over-seas and is even going to drop the vehicle I puchased to my home in Philly (over an hour away from Bell Audi). I would not deal with any other dealership or Sales Specialist. This place is amazing and Kiki was wonderful to work with. I can't wait to come back into the states from my tour of Duty that ends in 3 more months!
We purchased a used car from Bell Audi in Edison, New Jersey, after we lost our vehicle in a flood. Before we purchased the car, Bell Audi's Allstate... agent, Walter Sellers, said we could purchase an extended service contract, in the event anything went wrong in the future. He said that as a former military veteran himself, he would ensure my husband and I, who are also both veterans, would be taken care of. Just before we signed the contract to purchase the car, we hesitated, and Barry Crincoli assured us if anything was wrong the vehicle, since it was used, they would make it right. A year later, our vehicle is still well under service contract, and Keith Kubat, Ryan Schmidt, and Barry Crincoli have given us the run around for two days. During every call, they have raised their voices, used foul language, lied, and told us that it wasn't their responsibility to fix the car. They will not provide contact information with their Allstate agent we purchased the service contract through either. We called Allstate, and they said it is up to Bell Audi and their Allstate agent to rectify the situation. I do not recommend anyone purchase a used car from Bell Audi. Not only do they not keep their word, they do not honor their disabled war veterans, as they claim they do. They are liars, as well as the Allstate agent they work with, Walter Sellers.

Before I begin, a shout out to Alberto Vera who is an amazing salesman. He's very very helpful and extremely friendly and was very nice to interact wi...th. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car from Bell Audi. (5 stars to him for sure!) My experience with Bell Audi apart from our awesome salesman was not the very best as I had hoped it to be. I found a beautiful certified Audi A3 that they had on their website and asked if I could come by to check it out. I dropped in on a Saturday afternoon and was helped by Alberto Vera. He made my fiance and me feel completely comfortable and asked us about our choice. After speaking to us for a few minutes, he quickly got the keys to the car and we went out for a test drive. The drive was perfect and then came the time to crunch some numbers and fill out some paperwork. Once we decided on the price for the car, Alberto got down to completing the paperwork. Everything went smooth up until this point. Once the paperwork was filled out, out came the financial manager(Barry Crincoli) to talk to us about the car and how we were going to pay for the car. Since this was my first Audi, I had quite a few questions in my mind that I asked him. Even though he answered all of them, he wasn't the most polite person on the overall. But we loved the car so we went ahead and spoke about everything that would be needed to purchase the car. To sum up the day, I entered the dealership at about 3:00pm and left at about 9:00pm. Mr. Crincoli had made us wait for a simple query about the extended warranty. Fast forward a week to the following Saturday when we went to pay for the car and pick it up. We got there at 11:15am for the 11:00am appointment and were greeted by Alberto Vera who had most of our stuff ready. We again had to wait for Barry (the financial manager) to sign everything off. It wasn't until 2:00pm that we were called into his office for the final paperwork. For those three hours, my fiance and me sat with Alberto at his desk just looking at the clock. Once in the manager's office, it took us some time as my name was printed wrong and we asked if he could print the document again. This little thing too seemed to tick him off. Plus, when I declined all of the extra coverages and plans they offered, he tried to get my fiance to convince me to get the extras. We finally left the dealership with the car at 4:00pm after getting everything done. A total of 11 hours at the dealership (6 hours on the first Saturday and then 5 hours on the next). Additionally, and even though I can't entirely blame the dealership for this, it took them nearly a month to get me my car's title. This was an issue for me as the temporary plate issued to me was valid for only 20 days. But Alberto Vera and Albert Nkansa (the Used Cars Sales Manager) assured me that they were trying their best to get me the title as soon as possible and also assured me that they would assist me and take care of any issues that arose from my expired license plate (including tickets). All in all it was an good experience that would have been amazing had the little things not gone wrong. Hats off to Alberto Vera and Albert Nkansa for making us as comfortable as they could.
Alberto Vera was the best! He made sure I got the deal I was comfortable with. He took his time with us and made the whole process smooth and easy.
I purchased my first Audi and I could not be happier with the experience I had at Bell Audi. I worked with Al and throughout the process he was inform...ative, attentive, helpful, and most of all patient. He answered all my questions and worked with me to get the vehicle I wanted. His number one priority was to make sure I was happy with the car I was leaving with. It has been a little over two weeks since I got the car and he followed up to make sure everything was running smoothly. I appreciate that the great customer service didn't end once I walked out with a new car. I would highly recommend Bell Audi and Al to anyone that is looking to purchase a new/used vehicle.
Never have I owned a new car .After many years of caring for and educating a family of four children it finally was time to splurge and treat myself ...to the best !I did A lot of research and decide to purchase an Audi.I stumbled upon the dealership in Edison on my way to the other dealership in Paramus .I was approached by a young man who was courteous and friendly and eager .He reminded me of one of my sons and I wanted this to be a good experience for both of us .I admired his work ethic and honesty and ownership if he made a mistake he was honest .He also was very attentive through the process .He cared and wanted me to be happy .I am grateful .
About a week ago I bought a 2017 Audi A6 w/8900 miles on it. I paid cash for the car and when you are doing all the paperwork with the business agent,... deciding on what packages you want there were some I wasn't sure of until talking it over with my wife, so I asked Barry if it would be possible to get added packages later, he said I'll see if we can work it out. Well I've made "6" phone calls to Barry and the "business manager " and they wouldn't even give me the courtesy of a return call. I kinda believed that when I bought an Audi I would get Audi service, instead I get used car dealership service, needless to say I would not deal here again.
I Itraded in my TDI and AUDI Corporate was very cooperative. I worked with Nick Hernandez - Sales Manager and was helped by another gentleman named R...yan. Their professionalism and knowledge of the vehicle was on point. Loving my new Audi SQ5 - Thank you guys and if anyone needs some great help buying a great car - go to Bell Audi.
