I just went to East Coast Toyota to get my water pump

I just went to East Coast Toyota to get my water pump replaced & John McGarry was my service rep. He is amazing, East Coast Toyota is amazing. Go here & ask for John McGarry to be your service rep. He is a good man that cares about giving great customer service. I am so happy I went to East Coast Toyota & John McGarry was my service rep. I won't go anywhere else from now on !

DO NOT GO HERE!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! If you do, please please please be prepared and know your numbers. Do not trust anybody in that place, they initiated an asking price of 27000 on a used 3 year old Corolla. They are trained to get every last dollar out of you. My dealer guy was Luis, “nice guy” I trusted him, you shouldn’t. I still over paid for my Corolla thinking it was a good deal, don’t make the same mistake I did

Worst dealership I have ever come across.

Worst dealership I have ever come across. My husband and I had an appointment on Monday, we went in a closed on a deal. We paid full and our only request was that we pick it up on Friday and that no one tests drives it. The sales rep assured us that this is our car now and all we had to do was come and pick it up. We signed all the paper work and he told us there is no backing out now. We go there today and we find out that they sold it to someone else after they already sold it to us. What a joke. They do not take accountability for anything. They said they don’t know how it happened. When we talked to the manager all he said was “it could happen” and really didn’t care. They wasted so much time and energy just to end up with such a disappointment. No accountability or anything. Basically they are scammers. They sold it to someone else to make money. They tried to blame it on us saying we should have taken it with us the day we bought it. They could have simply said that then but they decided to make promises they can’t keep. And on top of that they want us to wait a few business days to process the money back. The manager is such a joke. You can’t even put in your system that a car was sold ? You can even put a sticker on it so no one else tries to sell it ? I’m sorry but this is common sense and they clearly lack it.

DONT GO HERE!

DONT GO HERE!!!! They have classic “bait and switch” tactics. Went with my wife to help get her mom get a car and turned into an absolute nightmare. After negotiating on price and down payment, they snuck in a higher down payment in the contract even though she paid the agreed amount. They called a week later and FORCED her to pay an extra 3 THOUSAND dollars OR ELSE they would stick her with a higher rate. Shame on that entire place for taking advantage of her like. There are plenty of other good Toyota dealers, no need to waste your time on this one.

Terrible service!

Terrible service! Bunch of con artists! DO NOT GO HERE! They changed the price after we drove 3 hours to look at the car. These guys got a 3.4 rating for a reason!
